"I arrived at Vapiano around 7:45pm, expecting to have enough time to dine before their 9:00pm closing time. However, I was surprised to find out that guests are required to order and pay through an app without any interaction with a server. Despite several failed attempts to place my order, I eventually had to ask a server for help. Unfortunately, even after placing my order, I still found myself waiting for over 40 minutes while the table behind me received their food and drinks promptly. Frustrated with the lack of communication and service, I decided to leave without receiving anything I had ordered. The experience was extremely disappointing, and I felt that the £16 I had spent was the least of my concerns. It seems as though there was a mix-up with my order, as no one bothered to address why I was being neglected while other tables were served. Overall, a very disappointing and unbelievable dining experience."

"We booked a table on Resdiary for the beer hall (7.30pm) for dinner. we arrived 5 early to be told there was no table available and they couldn’t see my booking I then showed her my email confirmation .. she then saw it on her phone booking system. She took us out the back to a small seat in a different area and said this is the same menu! This wasn’t what we wanted or booked we explained this and she went to check and came back and took us back into the beer hall to a small square table beside a VERY loud bar and group of drunks! We come to whites all the time with work (large group of people) and for date nights ourselves, this was so disappointing and the lady manager did not try and fix this or offer us anything from their mistake! They in the end forgot to save our table and tried to palm us off with a very small square table beside a VERY large drunk group of people. Unfortunately we won’t be back very poor customer service. We then had to try last minute book else where for dinner."

"Visited Saturday 14th October at 1.30pm, restaurant very nice looking and in a great location. Very nice inside outside. Very fast friendly staff. Could not fault any staff member we came across. Staff went above beyond for my daughter. Staff very concerned and did all possible due to my daughter’s vast nut allergy. All food was lovely for all 3 off us and my wife loved the cocktails. Price off food drink is quite expensive but it’s London in a prime location. They do add the service charge to the bill which is the norm these days. They do not tell you thou. We will definitely return next time on a London visit. Evan the manger came to say goodbye to my daughter and made her feel special so thank you. Would recommend to all."

"look at my vapiano time..War at vapiano for evening tea. I ordered arrabbiata by vapiano vegetariano section the pasta filled with tomatoes garlauch chili and wobbles vapiano is a perfect, comfortable place for midday or evening friends! The arrbiata was Al-dente! I prefer it with much. the chef who cooked the fresh, hand-rolled pasta for me was very generous they enjoyed it with freshly baked bread they also have a special kinder menu! waiting for her meal here can be a little bit laborious, but it's worth everything, that wait!"

"the person on the other side was not great to communicate. the slime was a fair piece. when I collected the pizza, it was personal in order. pizza was a big size, tomato sauce is 2. to none! they are very generous with the quality toppings. I left 4 stars because I personally did not like the thick of the basic, it was too thick not wearing much taste, the texture was like a thick brot. they also have no card machine in take-off area."

"The Sunday carvery at this restaurant is approximately £9.50 for a standard classic size meal. They offer a choice of three meats - beef, turkey, and pork. When we arrived at 2pm, they made more broccoli for us. Some of the offerings were a bit burnt, including Yorkshire puddings and potatoes. The cabbage was scraped, but the carrots were okay. The cauliflower was overcooked, and there was a separate cheese sauce that I didn't try. The gravy and horseradish were good. The cider I had was not chilled, as it comes from a bag in a box. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would suggest arriving early, like 12pm, as by 3pm the staff are taking a break and eating leftover food."

"I genuinely had a great experience at this restaurant. Most of the seating consists of cozy booths, so you won’t find yourself wedged between lively families or in the middle of a bustling dining area. Plus, the waitstaff was refreshingly unobtrusive; I wasn't interrupted constantly to check if everything was okay with my meal, which I really appreciated. I tried a watermelon honey daiquiri, and it was delicious! They definitely don't skimp on the alcohol, as it really packed a punch."

"Lovely place which is unusual for an urban area. Have to be honest, I was a bit dubious when the first server marched us to a searing area however once my husband asked if there was another seat, another server took us to an ideal area. The service from there on in was 1st class. The food was lovely and altogether a good experience. A bottle of wine, starters, main course and coffees and all very reasonably priced. "Went in there to dine for the evening..... The restaurant is in a good location with warm and pleasant interiors....though the tables were placed quite near to each other....we managed to grab a decent place to sit.... Wanted to try something of a meal kind filling enough for one...so decided on the following.... Chicken Carolina well presented in a plate with a big chunk of chicken....topped with amazing mushroom and cheese sauce....bits of crispy bacon on the top....best sauce that I have had of this kind....so so good... Finger licking good!! This was accompanied by potato fries.... Traditional fish and chips chips as usual but the fish was not seasoned well. Very delicate and soft fish....accompanies with perfect sauce. However the poorly seasoned fish did not let us enjoy the dish. We did report the same and they were gracious enough to get us a replacement of our choice to which we ordered chicken alfredo and it was definitely a good one!!! Good ambience topped with good food and good company made us have a good dining experience. The service was however a little lagged as we had to wait to get someone to serve us or address the concern . Apart from that all good and highly recommended!!!"

"One of the best things London has to offer is definitely Vapiano. Our first visit was quite enjoyable, but when a friend insisted we return to try the aglio olio, we couldn’t resist going back—and we have no regrets. I’ve probably tried every type of pasta on the menu. The pizza is pretty good, and the lasagna is decent too; nothing out of the ordinary that you wouldn’t find elsewhere. But the pasta is where it really shines. The variety of sauces and pasta can be a bit overwhelming when trying to decide what to order. The Italian desserts are also quite good. I highly recommend Vapiano if you're in London!"

"Just happened to park right outside this cafe. So many unremarkable coffee shops on high street these days that it 's a gamble each time you visit one. BUT this gamble paid off. I had a 3 shot Cappuccino and a bacon and egg on brown teacake. I made no further requests. The lovely, pleasant chatty lass brought my coffee to the table immediately (I have balance problems) and the butty arrived a couple of minutes later. A bacon sandwich is such a basic package yet it 's saddening how many bad ones are served. Not this one Soft, fresh bap, well filled with CRISPY bacon and runny egg with a creamy yolk. So happy all round and not only will I come again but I 'll actually make this my 'go to ' from now on. Knocks the chains and franchises into the pit they belong. Only fly in the ointment was that 4 tables I could see needed a good clean. This just prevents them earning 10 out of 10. Call in you won 't be disappointed"

"We dined at this restaurant today, and while they had track and trace measures in place, not all of the staff were wearing masks. The restaurant was clean and orderly, though a few chairs had some tears. The food was served hot; the chips were tasty and the pizza was good. However, the service was quite slow, as the manager seemed to be trying to handle everything on his own, despite having other staff present. I might consider visiting again, but I'm not in a hurry to do so."
