"I took guests here and didn’t want to cause a huge fuss but it’s one of the worst places I’ve been too in a very long time. Anything but a warm welcome. When we were seated we were not informed that multiple menu items were not available. The red wine we tried to order we were told wasn’t available after a 10 minute search One of the starters wasn’t available (cauliflower) Three out of four mains that we tried to order were not available, one of which was slow cooked beef. When we intimated that we would leave and tried to book another restaurant suddenly the beef became available again. When the beef arrived it was quite obviously not slow cooked or had been defrosted in the microwave and was appalling. The duck was dry and over cooked. The Camembert was undercooked and should never have been served there was no check back on this. Service was average at best and we felt like we were not wanted or welcome. We paid and left and will never return it’s easy to see why this place has no customers One of the worst dining experiences avoid at all costs"
