"Tonight we served by Osman from Bristol Cribbs Causeway who gave us exceptional services, his courtesy, incredibly friendly, attentive, recommendations, and nothing is too much trouble for him He took our drinks order and asked if we’re dining out for a special occasion we told him it’s our Ange’s 70s birthday, Osman wishes Ange a happy birthday and immediately offered a free birthday drink for Ange which make her so happy and over the moon, after that he took our foods order I always ordered Xinxim, however Osman explained to me your restaurant stop doing it because allergies issue so he recommended another dish for me which was so delicious, he’s definitely having a thorough knowledge of the food in your restaurant As Osman walked pass our table he noticed we’re having a trouble to take a group picture so he offered to take few pictures for us, thank you Osman for your attentiveness to our table What a lovely night to celebrate Ange’s 70 birthday, delicious food, exceptional services from Osman and atmosphere, definitely go back We haven’t received such an exceptional services for a long long time, we are so pleased Osman served us and he is a credit to Las Iquanas"

"EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Why did i say this at the start, we kept staring at menu wondering what it was , as most dishes would have it . We went there on one of the bank holidays. There was a wait time about 5 mins. We were served by a friendly staff. Learned kids get juice and ice cream as part of the meal deal. We opted for panosso. I was expecting a small sandwich but what we got was a large sourdough bread sandwich. It was quite a portion and we had to take leftover home (they don't mind) . Overall for 2 person and 1 small kid the cost was £19 to give you a cost perspective . There is definitely lack in the the type of filling used (chicken) but there are plenty of other places to go. When it comes to authentic Italian food with quality ingredients which can be quite good for your body, this is a good place. We will be back for a pizza (son ordered it) it was delicious"

"Upon entering the restaurant, we were impressed with the layout and style. Once seated in a cosy booth, we glanced through the menu, impressed with the vast selection of dishes and drinks. The drinks were mostly brilliant, the only exception being the limoncello being served in a shot glass, meaning we needed to order lemonade as it was strong. This noteably did not detract from the experience. The starters were fantastic; great flavours, serving size and selection. Our mains offered a generous portion but not too heavy, also very tasty. Desserts again were delicious and a perfect portion size. Currently rated number 1 on Trip Advisor and I can see why. Will definitely visit again and can highly recommend. "Waited to be seated while 2 waitresses chatted while a queue was forming behind us Sat down at a table where there had obviously been a child as there were fries on the floor that were not cleaned up The waitress took our order and came back 5 minutes later as she couldn’t remember 2 of our drinks Waited 10 minutes for the drinks and 20 minutes for food The pasta had very little flavour but the garlic bread was nice,no bruschetta so maybe tell people that when you sit them down as 3 of our party then had no starters The drinks are the Maoist expensive on the coliseum and they are the only cashless restaurant there and encourage you to use the QR code in the table to pay to save them time,they don’t worry about getting a tip as again the only restaurant on the coliseum to add a service charge Definitely not worth the charge as service cleanliness and food nothing special"

"We made a reservation for 7:45pm, but called ahead to let them know we would be arriving at 8pm. They assured us it would not be an issue. However, when we arrived promptly at 8pm, our table had been given away. We did not have time to wait for another table, as we had already warned them we would be arriving late. Sadly, we left without having dinner. It was truly disappointing."

"We arrived at 2:30 PM and placed our order within ten minutes. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time. By 3 PM, I inquired about the long wait for our food, but the waitress couldn't explain the delay. I had already prepaid to ensure we wouldn't be late for a movie starting at 3:20. By that time, my two children and I were becoming frustrated. Once again, the waitress was unsure why our food was taking so long. At 3:25, I requested a refund, opting to grab a snack at the cinema instead. The manager approached us and promised that our food was on its way. Just a minute later, it finally arrived. Unfortunately, the tacos were soggy, and the chicken in my salad was dry. We ended up feeling rushed to eat. I would advise avoiding this restaurant unless you're okay with waiting nearly an hour for subpar food."

"I recently celebrated my grandmother's birthday here with my family. The service was a bit slow, but we did visit on a Saturday. The food was fresh and served hot! I really enjoyed my appetizers, the jalapeño poppers, although the sauce was a little too sweet for my taste—I have diabetes, so I have to be mindful of my sugar levels. I ordered the Texan stack burger meal, which was good, but I expected the burger to be a bit larger. I also loved the skin-on chips. Overall, my family and I had a great time!"

"We stopped by for a meal before heading to the cinema and had made a reservation through an agency, but unfortunately, Chiquitos hadn't received the notification (a downside for Open Table). However, the hostess at Chiquitos was absolutely delightful and quickly arranged a table for us without any hassle. She made us feel very welcome, and the rest of the staff were also friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, and we experienced no delays, making it easy to enjoy our meal before the movie. I would definitely recommend it for a pre- or post-cinema outing. It had a lively atmosphere that seemed perfect for dining with friends. We'll definitely be back!"

The service was slow, and our food came out at different times, with most of it being cold. Throughout the meal, we had various waitstaff who seemed indifferent. The prices were high for food that was just average in quality, and to top it all off, a service charge was added to the bill without any prior notice. "I can here on a busy Saturday, however I had a reservation and I was very disappointed. Firstly the service was terrible, we had booked a table through open table and we still had to wait over half an hour for our table to be ready. When we were finally seated the terrible service continued. As soon as we were sat down and got our menus they asked us our order, some of us even had our jackets on. I felt quite rushed. We ordered our food quickly and waited over 45 minutes till dishes started to arrive. Many of the dishes were missing. One of the members of our party ordered a pornstar martini which came half empty and the shot of prosecco was almost non existent. We then complained to the manager who said ‘don’t worry about it we will get you a new one and you can keep that one as an apology’. However the new pornstar martini did not turn up till we had almost finished our mains. The mains were luke warm and they forgot so many parts of our dishes, for example forgetting the wraps for the fajitas, the dips with our starters and many more. As the evening came to a close I was glad to be leaving. We asked for our bill and when I checked it I found out that we had been charged twice for the pornstar martini and all the other extras we never got. We asked for this to be removed which the waitresses seemed hesistant so had to wait to speak to the manager. The manager was attentive and removed that charger however it wasn’t a good experience. I won’t be return any time soon."
