"I can here on a busy Saturday, however I had a reservation and I was very disappointed. Firstly the service was terrible, we had booked a table through open table and we still had to wait over half an hour for our table to be ready. When we were finally seated the terrible service continued. As soon as we were sat down and got our menus they asked us our order, some of us even had our jackets on. I felt quite rushed. We ordered our food quickly and waited over 45 minutes till dishes started to arrive. Many of the dishes were missing. One of the members of our party ordered a pornstar martini which came half empty and the shot of prosecco was almost non existent. We then complained to the manager who said ‘don’t worry about it we will get you a new one and you can keep that one as an apology’. However the new pornstar martini did not turn up till we had almost finished our mains. The mains were luke warm and they forgot so many parts of our dishes, for example forgetting the wraps for the fajitas, the dips with our starters and many more. As the evening came to a close I was glad to be leaving. We asked for our bill and when I checked it I found out that we had been charged twice for the pornstar martini and all the other extras we never got. We asked for this to be removed which the waitresses seemed hesistant so had to wait to speak to the manager. The manager was attentive and removed that charger however it wasn’t a good experience. I won’t be return any time soon."

"Lovley waitress serving us.... felt sorry to complain! Asides from hour wait between courses others kids in restaurant). Both mains came out, pasta and risotto. Both over cooked- pasta tasted ok but the waitress could see that fungi chicken Risotto was just like mush and very kindly offered to replace it.... accepted, and it came back tasting ok but littered with chicken sinew/fat (as per picture above).... If not sinical I wonder how a chef working in such a nice place could make such a mistake? Mmmm "

"Not a bad place for a pre gig meal. Shame about the front of house staff. I'd booked a table but got stuck in train delays and gig crowds so arrived exactly 15 minutes late. However, the table was booked so we asked to be seated only to be told we were late and couldn't have our table for at least half an hour. They said they only allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, at which point I reminded them I had arrived at exactly 15 minutes past the hour and it was only the fact that they'd spent so long telling me I was late that the time had clicked over to 16 minutes past the hour. After some to ing and fro ing (and me getting quite stressed and cross) they reluctantly led us to a perfectly nice, perfectly empty table. Other tables were cleared also, so it seems they were just being stroppy and defiant what strange customer service. Shame, because the serving staff were lovely, and the food ok. Just whatever you do, don't be late!"

"My husband and I are regular customers so of course we are fans. A warm welcome always greets us. "when entering the restaurant the service was absolutely excellent, we sat fast and the waitress gave us a lot of time to choose our meal times, even a few more minutes when we tried to make a final decision. once ordered, our food arrived in time and was just as we ordered. during our meal the waitress dipped after serving every cure to check if everything was in order, what it was. great eating and good service, we come back in any case."

"Great service and food. Always happy to go back as food is always tasty. If you like fishy dishes Risotto Pescatore is highly recommended. Calamari with the dip for a starter is also very good! Menu has so many great choices and I always look forward to going here over the other restaurants at the hub tbh. Family friendly and staff very good with kids when they go for ice cream."

I ordered the baja bowl, but the sauce over the chicken didn't taste of coconut; instead, it had more of an Indian flavor, so I won't be getting that again. "I had an exhausting dinner that lasted three hours. It took over an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did, it wasn't what we ordered. I had to go to the kitchen myself to speak with the chefs in order to get our order corrected. "It was our first family visit at the restaurant chain and we loved it. The atmosphere at this branch is lovely, with a very calm and well designed look. The team were all lovely and service was great! We just wanted to highlight Davari and Ash who were with us throughout our experience at the restaurant and helped us within the time we were there, assisting with little requests and all with a great smile. "I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My meal was served cold, dry, and lukewarm, despite my order being made three meals ago. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he spoke with the chef, who simply shrugged it off and seemed to have a poor attitude. The table service was also inadequate; they moved plates from our table to another without any explanation. Overall, I was very disappointed, especially since it was a special occasion. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant."

"I wasn't impressed with the tacos. They had hardly any filling and were mostly just tortilla with very little meat. It was quite disappointing. There was another menu option that looked much better, with tacos that were a bit pricier but much more satisfying, packed with chicken and less tortilla. They wanted those tacos but couldn’t get them. It feels more like a fast food spot now, whereas it used to feel like a lovely restaurant."
