"The attention to detail from the staff in respect to allergies is exceptional. A great range if foods for vegans vegetarian and meat eaters alike. The burritos feed at least to adults or one very hungry one. Decor is comfortable and in keeping with the theme. The recycled beer bottles and bottle caps as light fittings is a nice touch."

"Tonight we served by Osman from Bristol Cribbs Causeway who gave us exceptional services, his courtesy, incredibly friendly, attentive, recommendations, and nothing is too much trouble for him He took our drinks order and asked if we’re dining out for a special occasion we told him it’s our Ange’s 70s birthday, Osman wishes Ange a happy birthday and immediately offered a free birthday drink for Ange which make her so happy and over the moon, after that he took our foods order I always ordered Xinxim, however Osman explained to me your restaurant stop doing it because allergies issue so he recommended another dish for me which was so delicious, he’s definitely having a thorough knowledge of the food in your restaurant As Osman walked pass our table he noticed we’re having a trouble to take a group picture so he offered to take few pictures for us, thank you Osman for your attentiveness to our table What a lovely night to celebrate Ange’s 70 birthday, delicious food, exceptional services from Osman and atmosphere, definitely go back We haven’t received such an exceptional services for a long long time, we are so pleased Osman served us and he is a credit to Las Iquanas"

"EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Why did i say this at the start, we kept staring at menu wondering what it was , as most dishes would have it . We went there on one of the bank holidays. There was a wait time about 5 mins. We were served by a friendly staff. Learned kids get juice and ice cream as part of the meal deal. We opted for panosso. I was expecting a small sandwich but what we got was a large sourdough bread sandwich. It was quite a portion and we had to take leftover home (they don't mind) . Overall for 2 person and 1 small kid the cost was £19 to give you a cost perspective . There is definitely lack in the the type of filling used (chicken) but there are plenty of other places to go. When it comes to authentic Italian food with quality ingredients which can be quite good for your body, this is a good place. We will be back for a pizza (son ordered it) it was delicious"

"Was great to be able to eat at Bella Italia again . Sadly missed some items from the old menu, in particular the seafood pasta dish which was my favourite and myMums. We did however enjoy the pasta and prawn dish we selected instead. We were very disappointed by one of the starters we chose (I know they don’t call them starters now) which was the ravioli. As you’d expect it was described as being parcels containing a filling. When we tried them they were empty parcels. Very disappointing. They were removed from our bill but this dish needs addressing as no one is going to find them acceptable."

"This was our first visit to this restaurant, but it certainly won't be our last. We ordered the enchiladas with hot and volcanic sauce, and they were absolutely delicious. They also offer large 710ml bottles of Corona beer. The staff was very friendly, and the restroom facilities were clean. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Had a trip here today and this is a specific post about the security and customer experience team following the loss of my phone. Long story short but the team, from the nice Irish cleaner/sweeper who I first panicked to, to Charlie in the security team, Paul the customer experience manager, and chatty Richie, the friendly PCSO, they were brilliant. The shops were notified, one person checked Facebook (thank you to the manager in I crack) and it was tracked down, located, collected returned to me!! Honestly team sweeping into action! It is only a phone but its scary to think how much many of us would lose if we did lose them! Thank you all involved and the lady who initially found posted my phone as lost faith in humanity restored!"

"Not a bad place for a pre gig meal. Shame about the front of house staff. I'd booked a table but got stuck in train delays and gig crowds so arrived exactly 15 minutes late. However, the table was booked so we asked to be seated only to be told we were late and couldn't have our table for at least half an hour. They said they only allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, at which point I reminded them I had arrived at exactly 15 minutes past the hour and it was only the fact that they'd spent so long telling me I was late that the time had clicked over to 16 minutes past the hour. After some to ing and fro ing (and me getting quite stressed and cross) they reluctantly led us to a perfectly nice, perfectly empty table. Other tables were cleared also, so it seems they were just being stroppy and defiant what strange customer service. Shame, because the serving staff were lovely, and the food ok. Just whatever you do, don't be late!"

"The food was served generously and piping hot, and it arrived in a timely manner. Our waitress, Kai, was outstanding—she was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely seemed to care about our dining experience. She even managed to persuade my wife to try a side of spicy baby potatoes, which was quite amusing since she typically avoids anything spicy. I had a good laugh at that! Overall, the staff was quick and attentive, providing the kind of service every restaurant should aspire to. Other chains could certainly benefit from sending their staff to the same training as these folks. Thank you all for a lovely evening!"

"I had an exhausting dinner that lasted three hours. It took over an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did, it wasn't what we ordered. I had to go to the kitchen myself to speak with the chefs in order to get our order corrected. Additionally, I had to return to the parking meter to add more money, as I had suspected that two hours wouldn’t be enough for dinner."

"Waited to be seated while 2 waitresses chatted while a queue was forming behind us Sat down at a table where there had obviously been a child as there were fries on the floor that were not cleaned up The waitress took our order and came back 5 minutes later as she couldn’t remember 2 of our drinks Waited 10 minutes for the drinks and 20 minutes for food The pasta had very little flavour but the garlic bread was nice,no bruschetta so maybe tell people that when you sit them down as 3 of our party then had no starters The drinks are the Maoist expensive on the coliseum and they are the only cashless restaurant there and encourage you to use the QR code in the table to pay to save them time,they don’t worry about getting a tip as again the only restaurant on the coliseum to add a service charge Definitely not worth the charge as service cleanliness and food nothing special"

"We made a reservation for 7:45pm, but called ahead to let them know we would be arriving at 8pm. They assured us it would not be an issue. However, when we arrived promptly at 8pm, our table had been given away. We did not have time to wait for another table, as we had already warned them we would be arriving late. Sadly, we left without having dinner. It was truly disappointing."

"One member of our group ordered a Porn Star Martini, but it arrived half empty, and the shot of Prosecco was barely there. We complained to the manager, who reassured us, saying, "Don't worry, we will get you a new one, and you can keep the first as an apology." However, the new martini didn't show up until we were nearly finished with our main courses. To make matters worse, the main dishes were lukewarm, and many parts of our orders were forgotten—like the toppings for the fajitas, the dips for our starters, and more. By the end of the evening, I was just glad to leave. When we requested the bill, I discovered that we were charged twice for the Porn Star Martini and for other items that never arrived. We pointed this out to the waitress, which led to more waiting as we waited to speak with the manager. While the manager was attentive and did remove the extra charge, the overall experience was still quite disappointing. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon."

"visited this beautiful restaurant after buying a groupon deal. the employees were pleasant and attentive and advise us on some of the menu items. we have decided to have starter and net. the nachos with huh and chorizo was perfect and southern peaceful chicken strip with BBQ sauce was just as delicious. a classic barkburger with fries and red cabbage coleslaw was next door and tasted great and the chicken chanting fajitas salat was also beautiful. Unfortunately, the desert was not an option, as we were too full and had no place in which she was fit, the menu sounded appetit and we will have to visit again to try it out."

"after placing out order we asked where our food was. The manager came and said he would look into this and get back to us. We never heard anything. The food finally arrived about min – after placing out order. After we...finished, we waiting for about another min. before the plates were finally cleared away. When we got the bill, we were not even offered any discount (luckily we had a Taste Card which saved the price of meal). "We arrived at 2:30 PM and placed our order within ten minutes. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time. By 3 PM, I inquired about the long wait for our food, but the waitress couldn't explain the delay. I had already prepaid to ensure we wouldn't be late for a movie starting at 3:20. By that time, my two children and I were becoming frustrated. Once again, the waitress was unsure why our food was taking so long. At 3:25, I requested a refund, opting to grab a snack at the cinema instead. The manager approached us and promised that our food was on its way. Just a minute later, it finally arrived. Unfortunately, the tacos were soggy, and the chicken in my salad was dry. We ended up feeling rushed to eat. I would advise avoiding this restaurant unless you're okay with waiting nearly an hour for subpar food."
