"Yesterday evening on July 24th, 2021, I ordered 2 large pizzas - a Garden Party and a Vegan Garden Party. This was not my first time ordering from this restaurant, but it will definitely be my last. To my disappointment, the vegan pizza had a slice of salami on it, which is completely unacceptable to me. Despite my initial trust in this establishment, I now regret ignoring the numerous negative reviews I had read about it and other similar stores. I thought I was fortunate to have a PJ's location nearby that catered to customers' dietary restrictions. However, after this incident, I will not be returning as a customer. I am disappointed to say that you have lost two customers due to one small mistake made by a careless employee who either placed the salami accidentally or intentionally on my pizza. Thank you for your attention."

"Visited this place twice now. The first time I tried to order dish number and they didn't have it available.. tried ordering a second meal.. didn't have it. Ended up ordering chicken pesto sandwich.. was decent, super greasy though. They Also had a hole in the floor in the toilet which was covered over by lino.. second visit months later.(today) ordered a sandwich with scrambled egg,Bacon,ham, sausage and cheeses.. when the food arrived it basically looked like a McDonald's style egg with either bacon or ham in(not convinced it had both in) either way it didn't have sausage inside. And looked to me like a very thin layer of one type of cheese. I showed it to the lady behind the counter, she apologized and said that there was no sausage left and the chef didn't tell her.. got my money back but wasted half am hour in this place.. the hole in the toilet Floor upon inspection is about two foot by foot covered up by lino.. this has gotten more unstable from months ago. Basically damp plywood and I don't think it's from water. It was disgusting serious health and safety concerns here they should be inspected..."

"After I had previously ordered some paintings in the course of the years, I had always had an ok opinion of sausages eating. Previously some problems in pastness were that it was oily, mince not big and afteros soggy etc. Now they have moved there, seems to be a new life. I ordered the sharer for 2 and everything was extraordinary. the concarn tasted super (especially the quality and taste of bark mint,) the chicken fresh, the cheese was like cheese (not the fake wine,) the nachos were actually mais and crispy and a total of 10/10 for the taste. I have also ordered for 7 and it is raised by 7! would recommend, but order them from the website not only eat! there are photos, but I ate everything"

"Last night, we placed an order at this restaurant. It took two hours for the food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and the order was incomplete. We called the restaurant as suggested by the delivery person, and they prepared and delivered the missing item 40 minutes later. Unfortunately, by that time, the cold pizza we had received had already been nibbled on but not eaten. We ended up throwing most of it away. We will not be returning to this restaurant for a while, as there seems to be a problem with the delivery service."

"I made a silly mistake yesterday and ordered online for collection when I thought I had placed the order for delivery. Having not noticed this, a lovely man called me to ask if I was coming to pick up my pizzas as they had been waiting for over mins and weren't fresh any longer. I hadn't even realised my mistake! He thought that might have been the problem and offered to remake them and send them out ASAP. I felt so terrible for the inconvenience, but never once was made to feel silly.
