"I made a silly mistake yesterday and ordered online for collection when I thought I had placed the order for delivery. Having not noticed this, a lovely man called me to ask if I was coming to pick up my pizzas as they had been waiting for over mins and weren't fresh any longer. I hadn't even realised my mistake! He thought that might have been the problem and offered to remake them and send them out ASAP. I felt so terrible for the inconvenience, but never once was made to feel silly. Thank you so much for your lovely service (including the understanding delivery driver) and for rectifying my mistake! Apologies again"

Very disappointing Pizza. Even worse service I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza (ham and pineapple) and was disappointed that there was only two pieces of ham on my inch Pizza!! Seriously pieces! The pizza at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, as was the service. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with ham and pineapple, but was shocked to find only two pieces of ham on my 12-inch pizza. I called Papa John's hoping for a replacement, refund, or apology, but was met with rudeness and denial instead. Fortunately, there are many other excellent takeaway options in and around Blackhall.
