"Well, I was staying away from home due to work and found this Indian restaurant (I do love Curries so looked out for one . Yes, the girl taking orders (I presume the owner's daughter was friendly and very helpful, and the service was quick, probably because there weren't many people in there, but that did surprise me because it was Saturday night. Upon arrival, I sat down and disappeared into the chair (no springs! moved to another seat only slightly better. Had poppadoms, tasted awful but they came out after around 30 seconds so maybe they were yesterday's? Chutney, mint yogurt etc were the worst I've had, very bland, even the onion was watery and tasteless. I wondered how good the main would be. Omg, I hate to say this but it was honestly the worst curry I have ever tasted and I was very disappointed. As other reviews have said, it was dry chewy chicken chunks in a paste. I ate half of it and just wanted to get out of there in the end, got the bill then suddenly they had a power cut! Lights kept flashing on and off as the owner repeatedly kept resetting the breaker which just kept tripping out. The card reader for payment stopped working so I was stuck. After 5 mins the owner brought out candles! Somebody in the restaurant offered to help the owner, and after 20 mins got the lights on. (I hope he was rewarded with a discount but I doubt it very much! I eventually paid but they wanted the itemised receipt they gave me after I paid, but I needed it for work, but eventually sorted it (they let me have the last cm of the receipt! . I left the run down front porch area with two doors, couldn't close the first door, it wouldn't shut. Then the owner just slammed it behind me and it shut, which I thought was a bit rude as I was still there in the porch looking at him! I went through the second door onto the street and the door handle came off in my hand along with that long rod bit as well. Then the Indian owner came running out and took it from me. I couldn't stop laughing all the way home. Will I go back? Absolutely not!"

"the hotel is located in fairview 10 minutes walk from the center of the city, it is a mix of newsagent, food business off-licence. sells lottery tickets also birthday/occision cards. long-term opening times, up to at least 11 o'clock, although earlier can be closed during the celebration. "Came here to use wifi, as my home is struggling with the internet connection at the moment. I was looked after by Lorenzo, who is a great bartender/server. He was truly welcoming, attentive, friendly and just simply great with customers. Had tea and scone, which was great! They've got paper straws, which is always a bonus for me. I hope they've got other sustainable measures too. ; Also, two people walked in, looked at the menu, then wanted to walk out, but they were stopped by a team member asking them how they could make them happy. Just simply WOW!!"

"This place has always been nice to go to. The staff are nice and don't rush you to go and there is a variety if food/desert options. If its your birthday and you've signed up to their mailing list you get a free birthday sundae which you can use within 1 week if your birthday so great if you want to get something but spend much. Its a little expensive but the chances of you leaving with any item and still feeling hungry is incredibly low. There is often kitchen roll on the table to clean up the mess you make and a bucket you can put on your head for fun I'll keep coming here as people keep getting me vouchers"

"Updated Wow has this place gone so down hill... So I'm a regular here and now i wont be coming back now. All the staff have changed from what i can tell no one from the original people from my first 5star review remain. Where do i begin... so apparently speaking/understanding English has become a difficult task for the person who now works the till/phone, i hate to think the number of incorrect orders he has put through. He's friendly enough but i have had to resort to pointing out what i want on the menu as philly cheesestake with added mushrooms was incomprehensible to him. Other customers in store had same problems. Luckily there was another staff member to translate for him. He had to use his phone to add up my order in front of me, i assume the till is too complicated for him to use. Filled with confidence that my orders are going to be correct I'm totally sure that's good food hygiene practice... He definitely does not sit on the loo with his phone at break, then handle it whilst prepping food... I'm sure... right.. does he "

"After leaving Redmond's Bar in Duke St Glasgow, i intended to go for a Pizza, i had my young Puppy with me of 5 months' whom was outside. My Boyfriend then proceeded to bring my Pup in to ask me something due to the length...of wait. I was met with a very Rude and angry server, who immediately advised me dogs were not allowed even though she was lifted, this did not aggravate me although the attitude of the person Serving me. Her attitude stank and she wasnt slow to let me know. So from here i went on to wait 25 mins at least to await my Pizza, the order i made was The Greek', i got home to find out that it was a Pizza i can only describe as a Inferno Hot, i have never seen so many Chilli Peppers on a Pizza, after getting home i could have cried especially as i have a intolerance to Jalapeno Peppers. Management has now been notified."

"I don't know why the so many negative reviews here. Have ordered over 10 times. Sometimes the toppings are a bit sparse, depends on the dude doing it, but friendly staff etc and drivers make up for it. Most of the time pizza is made very well. I've asked to have the toppings a bit better distributed more of them before after a bad experience and they definitely made it better on that delivery. Good pizza, good guys"

Store manager TARIQ of Basildon papa John’s store refused to send me another pizza after I ordered VEGAN cheese on my pizza because of my allergy and they’ve sent me regular cheese now I’m sitting here with a pizza I can’t eat and no money for it. "I treated my friend to an annual day out and we decided to try Papa John's pizza for the first time. We chose the family feast deal which included 2 medium pizzas, 2 sides, and a drink for £22.99 - an amazing offer! We were pleasantly surprised to find a half-off deal for ordering 4 toppings on 2 medium pizzas. We went with hot buffalo wings and cheesy breadsticks, along with a Pepsi to drink. Although there was a technical issue with the online payment and I was charged twice, the issue was resolved promptly after contacting the bank. I appreciate the patience and helpfulness of the staff member who assisted me over the phone. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and look forward to getting the refund for the extra charge. "we have a few medium-sized pizzas for the offer of £17.99 tonight I didn't expect much from an almost food place, but they know what they say it's always good to have low expectations that eating took a little longer to come, but it wasn't a problem because I was isolated (all time in the world forgotten) and it was actually not so late anyway. the driver was beautiful and in fact has a contact-free delivery the pizza was a perfect size (larger than PH medium), came hot, with a generous amount of delicious ingredients. I could say that they used better ingredients because the box did not penetrate almost any fat on them and the pizza not in cheap oil than other chain products. especially the olive oil and premium cheese mixture stood out, but the crust was also perfect. the butter/garlic sauce was the cherry on the top overall a filling, delicious meal. I am pleasantly surprised and would definitely order again."

"This restaurant in Cheltenham serves the best pizza. The food is of incredibly high quality and I love watching the staff make the pizzas. They are truly talented and take great pride in their work. Unlike other places where the staff seem to hate their jobs, the employees here are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. If there is ever an issue with my order, they quickly replace it and often let me keep the original as a goodwill gesture. While it may be a bit more expensive than Pizza Hut, the excellent quality is definitely worth the extra pounds. I continue to go back because I enjoy it so much. "Terrible experience! I placed an order but when I needed to correct a mistake just 2 minutes after ordering, the restaurant didn't answer the phone for an hour, despite trying 3 different phones! When they finally answered, they said they couldn't make any changes because the food was already prepared. I ended up losing £42. If they had just answered the phone, this could have all been prevented. The other branches were no help, and even the headquarters were closed at 1:00pm! I couldn't even get a partial refund, and the phone was abruptly disconnected on me. Overall, a truly awful experience."

"Last month ordered pizza. Took about an hr, cold, congealed cheese...you know the drill. This time they 've excelled themselves. After an hr I phoned up to ask where dinner was. Shortage of drivers was to blame. Told them I didn 't want a repeat of the previous order IE cold. Was assured they hadn 't cooked it yet and it 'd be hot when it arrived. Said it would be 15-20 mins. Yep you 've guessed it, no sign of it after 20 mins or indeed 50 mins. Phoned again. Was assured again the driver was on way. Another 10 minutes and the driver turns up. Lets see if you, dear reader can guess the state of the 'piping hot ' pizza. Ah yes.....It was more a lump of something than a food item by now. Phoned yet again to complain about it and asked to speak to someone in management. Was told the I couldn 't speak to the manager was he was busy making pizzas and getting deliveries ready but if I wanted another pizza I could pay for another one but it would take two hrs to deliver. If I wanted a refund they couldn 't do it instore so I 'd have to go on the website and find the customer services number. In summing up there 's plenty of kebab shops in Coli that 'll do you a nicer pizza than PJs so we 'll be giving some of them a look from now on as it would appear that giving a toss about customers ain 't high on Papa Johns list of priorities. Typical big corporation mentality. We 've had your money so sod ya. Ho hum"
