"This restaurant in Gloucester serves the best pizza! Their large pizza for £9.99 is a great deal, although you'll need to spend £10.99 for delivery. If you add a drink to your order, it's still a good price. I ordered a pizza with half Hawaiian and half pepperoni toppings. The ham was tasty and didn't seem processed or undercooked, and the pineapple was fresh, not canned. The pepperoni was crispy and had just the right amount of spiciness. The crust was also flavorful. The pizza arrived quickly, fresh, and hot. The delivery driver was friendly and polite. I can't fault Papa John's for their quality ingredients, delicious flavors, and good value. We always order from this store now, as we think it's much better than Domino's."

"first to say we had delivered great pizzas and the Hove staff were excellent in sorting my initial problem and immediately again additional money from a website error / glitch at ordering online I put in the right discount code but on the payment on the...card it had lost the discount code and in the grunde loaded me twice. I called the load who canceled the order right now and I ordered everything this. the pizzas were great and well made to the Hove staff for sorting this and for their personal customer service. However, when I checked with my credit card provider, they said that papa johns uk are on their art list, as this happens frequently and I should report it to the papa john office. After they finally have contact with them, they simply do not realize that it is not to believe that this has happened and how they beat my head against a brick wall very bad office very good hove store i will be back as soon as I do not have to use this website"

"My friends and I ordered pizza for delivery last night from Basingstoke Papa John's and we were really impressed with the service, value, taste and price. We were able to customise our pizzas, even calling to adjust one, and they got every pizza exactly right. The toppings were generous, fresh and evenly distributed, the pizzas arrived exactly on time, they even have gluten-free pizza (which we didn't try) and vegan pizza (which we did try and was amazing). We highly recommend it and will definitely be ordering it again. 5 stars!"

"Ordered a meal deal large pizza 2 sides. Crinkle wedges. Chicken poppers. Went in to collect. The lady behind the till didnt even get up from her seat to speak to me or take my money from me or to pass me my change which...I found rude. No enthusiasm at all. It was like I'd walked into a shop that had walking dead zombies serving me but they mustve been full cos they didnt try to eat me. The guy who served me the pizza had long hair which wasnt tied back, yet the 2 girls hair was. Think he needs a reminder on food hygiene. After I drove it back to a lake my friend was fishing at we realised there were no dips with our chicken poppers or wedges and the wedges were undercooked with very little cheese. The pizza itself I found was very salty. I wont visit again and if visiting my friend at the lake again if the word pizza is even mentioned he will get a loud HELL NO. Wouldnt recommend."

"tested papa john is for the first time recently. was very impressed by the many hits. while the normal prices are quite high, the offers and students discounted make it much more worth for money. when I was adventurous, I decided to try the Jackfruit Pefferoni. it was not disappointed, with plenty taste and the right texture! the pizza itself was delicious, well cooked, with generous toppings and an excellent garlic dimmer. order was a brise and delivery was on time, courtesy and contact free. domino is my first entry, but now this is a serious cotender for pizza night. I'll order again soon."

"I ordered a pizza through the website . Although the money was taken I didn’t receive an email of confirmation . The pizza hadn’t arrived after 45 min so I rang the Holyhead Road shop and was told the pizza would arrive in 5 mins . After 20 mins I rang again and was told they had no order !! My partner got annoyed as we had waited over an hour and put the phone down . We then received an abusive call from the manager asking my partner to go in the shop so he could sort him out threatening!"
