"Usually go to Dominos, been wondering for ages whether Papa Johns was worth a go. It wasn't.Possibly even pricier than Domino's (but not much in it) pizzas were exactly like those terrible cheap rubbery ones from standard little takeaway. Except twice as expensive of course. Ingredients were barely detectable, the cheese was flat and rubbery and my jaw started to ache after ploughing through the third slice. If I didn't live 15 minutes away I would have taken it back.Oh, in the interest of balance, the little marmite and cheese doughball kind of things were OK.Back to domino's for me that's for sure."

"Yesterday evening on July 24th, 2021, I ordered 2 large pizzas - a Garden Party and a Vegan Garden Party. This was not my first time ordering from this restaurant, but it will definitely be my last. To my disappointment, the vegan pizza had a slice of salami on it, which is completely unacceptable to me. Despite my initial trust in this establishment, I now regret ignoring the numerous negative reviews I had read about it and other similar stores. I thought I was fortunate to have a PJ's location nearby that catered to customers' dietary restrictions. However, after this incident, I will not be returning as a customer. I am disappointed to say that you have lost two customers due to one small mistake made by a careless employee who either placed the salami accidentally or intentionally on my pizza. Thank you for your attention."

"Last night, we placed an order at this restaurant. It took two hours for the food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and the order was incomplete. We called the restaurant as suggested by the delivery person, and they prepared and delivered the missing item 40 minutes later. Unfortunately, by that time, the cold pizza we had received had already been nibbled on but not eaten. We ended up throwing most of it away. We will not be returning to this restaurant for a while, as there seems to be a problem with the delivery service."

"I made a silly mistake yesterday and ordered online for collection when I thought I had placed the order for delivery. Having not noticed this, a lovely man called me to ask if I was coming to pick up my pizzas as they had been waiting for over mins and weren't fresh any longer. I hadn't even realised my mistake! He thought that might have been the problem and offered to remake them and send them out ASAP. I felt so terrible for the inconvenience, but never once was made to feel silly. Thank you so much for your lovely service (including the understanding delivery driver) and for rectifying my mistake! Apologies again"
