"Wow, what a fantastic discovery! This restaurant offers gluten-free options for waffles, pancakes, and French toast. I tried the two pancakes and they were so delicious that I couldn't finish them. The staff immediately inquired about allergies and provided an allergy listing folder, even though the menu is already accommodating. Although there is a slight risk of cross contamination, I will definitely return to this place if I'm in Sheffield again. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures because I was too busy enjoying my meal."

"DON’t GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD PLACES OUT THERE! After over 4 years giving loads of business to PapaJohns in Slough we came accross on sunday night 30th of December 2018 to the worst customer service and we were actually shocked! We ordered a pizza online and mistakenly we pressed collection instead of delivery, we realised immediately and called them to request delivery instead as we have 2 small kids and could not even collect but they could not care less and simply said they had no drivers available, 2 minutes later the manager called offering to deliver as an extra charge of 5 pounds ! Really?? We refused the pizza as at this stage we could not even trust that the pizza would be in a good state (you know what a mean) . Honestly nowadays people simply don’t care about their customers. We did like the pizza but we will happily move to Domino’s if that means we will get a better customer service . They will probably say that the the order was submitted around 10:40 and they were about to close. And!?? Who cares if you offer a service until 11 pm you should be available until 11 pm end of story. I work with customers too and we always go the extra mile to do whatever we can to help, if not possible at least we apologise nicely and offer some sort of alternative!"

"I have been waiting for my order for 1.5 hours and it's still not here on a night that isn't even particularly busy. This has been the case the few times I've ordered from this restaurant in the past couple of years, which is why I only order from them twice a year at most. Every time I call, they give me a weak excuse about staffing levels or something similar, but they continue to offer a service that they can't deliver on. The pizza is okay when it finally arrives, but by that time, you're so frustrated that you can't even enjoy it. There are plenty of other pizza delivery options out there, so why put yourself through this? My advice is to just avoid this restaurant altogether."

"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for some time now. Despite occasional mix-ups with my orders, such as receiving dairy cheese on my vegan pizza, I have always accepted their apologies and received a replacement pizza. However, my experience today was not pleasant. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and when I called the restaurant for help, a staff member was rude to me on the phone. They told me it was not their problem and hung up. While I acknowledge my mistake, I did not appreciate the lack of courtesy I received. I have been understanding when they made errors in the past, so I expected the same treatment in return. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again."

"We ordered some pizza and a corn on the cob today, it started with them forgetting our cob which lead to us all waiting while the delivery man returned. We started eating and the vegitarian al though she will eat chicken) in our group...said there was something wrong with her pizza (Chicken BBQ without the bacon). A few slices in we identified the scource of the odd taste little chucks of sausage on the pizza, not listed on the ingredients list or had an option to remove.This made her close to physically sick so I immediately called the manager only to be informed it happens sometimes'. Although the manage offered a new pizza, she was too sick to eat anything else.... it happens sometimes'!!!!"

"The latte is my favorite in the area (I love them milky) and walked by one evening and realized they are open late I recently enjoyed a lovely evening in a very cozy atmosphere eating a very good (and not that expensive) Meat platter with spicy sausage on the side and dip from a large bucket of wine (we consider our glasses). Really great setting with a small but good selection of food. So good I'm going again tonight. Thanks."
