High quality local cafe with good coffee and lots of fancy food items

The service was very friendly, but the hot drinks were extremely diluted and not very flavorful.

Stopped off as I had some paperwork to complete. A really nice, cool place lots of lovely deli stuff on shelves all around. I had the soup (very good good portion and a tasty roll to accompany it) and some sparkling water. I thought the price was very reasonable would happily go again.

Met us with friends before going for dinner. Shared a platter of cheese and a bottle of lovely red wine. Cheeses were wonderful. Great atmosphere and staff are great. Love the selection of deli stuff, purchased a few items to take home. Nice alternative to going to a pub before going to eat at a restaurant. View menu

The customer service at this restaurant was lacking. The coffee was delicious, but the music was too loud for my liking. When I asked a staff member to lower the volume, she seemed annoyed but agreed to do so. However, she never followed through. I'm not sure if she didn't want to, couldn't, or simply forgot. Thankfully, a table opened up outside where I could escape the loud music and instead listen to the traffic noise.

All time I go to buy a coffe , it is looks they still me 3 pound extra ..and then another 3 pound ....the price is arrived to 10 pound for 2 hot drink and one sweet ...what ' s crazy ...and any points card anything else ... me and my friend got scared and shocked when the employee pronounce 10 pound I think you are exaggerate quite a lot ... now ...and last time with another friend we found the chair outside dirty. Reduce the price otherwise when we gonna pass from there our heart will beat faster for the scary and we gonna run away instead to buy ..

I came to this restaurant a few weeks ago early in the morning before my gym class to get a matcha latte. I usually don't come here, but Matchado was closed so I decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting great customer service, but the lady serving me seemed to be in a bad mood. Maybe it was too early for her? The matcha latte was disappointing and overpriced. The cafe is cute but feels cramped and not very comfortable to sit in. I also noticed that they didn't stick to their advertised opening hours. On a Friday night, they closed before 8 pm instead of the stated 11 pm closing time. This was frustrating as I had wanted to grab something before catching the bus to Acton. There was no exp...
