"Just ordered for a large group to take away from istanbul BBQ blackburn . Food was hot, tasty, well placed in containers and enjoyed by all. Staff were friendly and courteous and we will definitely order from here again. Everything is amazing. Thank you very much. I highly recommended this restaurant. Must try! "Everything was going well until I ordered a cheeseburger meal and some mozzarella sticks at this restaurant. However, when my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that the mozzarella sticks were frozen, the chips were cold and undercooked, and my cheeseburger was actually a surprise Doner meat burger. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the Doner meat. When I asked about the ingredients in the Doner meat, the staff couldn't provide any information. I have two questions for this establishment: 1. Have you received any allergen training and do you understand the potential consequences of serving allergens? 2. If you were out of burgers, why did you not inform me beforehand instead of substituting with a poor-quality option like Doner meat? The food was awful and the attitude of the staff was rude. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs."

"It was very easy to order our pizza for delivery from this restaurant on Sunday, October 15th. We decided to take advantage of their BOGOF deal and ordered their largest size. Unfortunately, both pizzas had little to no BBQ sauce, my pizza was burnt, the chicken was hardly noticeable, and there was a sparse amount of onion topping. It was difficult to determine what exactly was on top of my pizza, and it arrived cold. Overall, this was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I called to complain and was told I would receive a discount on my next order, but I expressed doubts that there would be a next time after this disappointing experience. The person on the phone apologized, but I made it clear that the pizzas were awful and the worst I have ever had. We will likely go back to ordering from a different pizza restaurant in the future."

"Not sure if there was a lift but if not disabled access is non existent. Would benefit from background music subtle lighting and a few plants and lamps it’s very clean but clinical and austere. Condiments were requested before food arrived but were left with meal going cold whilst they arrived. Wine choice was Merlot which the waiter thought was on the wine list but alas it was not Shiraz was a pleasant alternative. Although lamb had a tasty bbq taste there was a lot of waste from gristle and sinew the tomato was nice but cold. The meal arrived very quickly more like a cafe than restaurant and thought being called ‘guys’ all the time wasn’t what you would expect"

"Was excited to try this new burger place as the Instagram feed looked very good. However when me and my friends ordered we weren’t at all impressed with the food. The burgers didn’t look really good and were very dry, the buns were also very dry. We ordered cheesy chips and there was hardly any cheese on the chips. My friend ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was also very dry and she was unable too eat. The service was good. Waitress was very friendly and Efficient and kept asking if we needed anything else. On Instagram it was said we would get a free dessert aswell which wasn’t offered but we weren’t too bothered about that. Just overall not happy with the taste and quality of the food at all."
