"I booked the restaurant from looking at the reviews and I felt that it was worth a go. From the outside I wasn’t sure. It looked a little shall we say, dated, but upon entering the restaurant the décor was beautiful. We were seated and throughout the service was adequate. The pakora wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but still nice. The curry however was tasty. The chicken was incredibly tender. Reasonably priced. Worth the money I would say. However the toilets would do with a face lift. Over all would say it was good and that I would go back"

I couldn't make calls to follow orders. when it finally arrived, it was wrong, ordered bananen drown, great when they order an allergy, lemon ice radiation and reused orange mud from inaccessible taste, ordered a pot with heavenly and lemon sorbet and got a chip of lemon sorty. to say I was disappointed, is an understatement! currently isolating, so can not be delicious. incapable, contact with shop."

"Seriously, don't order from this place unless you want your money, time and consume terrible food. It's just one of the worst fish and chips and kebabs I've ever eaten. The fish and chips were boiled and the amount of oil and fat on it was laid by this world. The Kebab Special was atrocious!. I never had a kebab covered with cheese sauce and had such a high quality and tasteless meat that was on the edge of the finish. the chili sauce tasted strange. More than 75 percent of the entire meal went into the container"

"Not sure if this venue has changed hands but its definitely took a nose dive. Slow delivery, driver didnt have right change and we ended up out of pocket. Forgot some of our order too! Ordered a Margarita Pizza and ended up with Cheese n...bean Pizza! Why would you? It was awful. Chicken was dry and inedible. Shame as it's location is prime and very visible. "Ordered a large chicken tikka kebab with sauce separate at an extra cost from here and large chips and cheese got home to realise that there was no sauce and the chips were cold… I called to complain and he was so unhelpful and had a disagreement about it then eventually offered to give me my sauce which I paid for after speaking for ages in there own language but said I would need to come along for it and I said by the time I come all the way back along for the sauce my food will all be freezing and I want fresh chips they refused until I asked to speak to manager then he said bring all food back and we will replace it all so I did… I go all the way back along to get my fresh order and to return my food and explained that I was pregnant and can’t have the chicken reheated for them to then give me a donner wrap instead and reheated chips I got all the way home again to realise this and had to go all the way back for my refund! I wasted fuel there and back there and back again and they just looked at us and said it was another mistake shocking customer service and a ridiculous way to treat a pregnant woman"

"I ordered by phone because the website was not working. My husband spoke with the delivery driver for 30 minutes, struggling to understand him while giving directions and waiting outside in the dark. When the food arrived, it was cold, and there was a bag of chicken nuggets with our vegetarian meal, which we assumed was a mistake from another order. We threw them away since the driver had already left. The BBQ dipping sauce I ordered was missing, and instead, I received three garlic and herb sauces, even though the driver had assured my husband that it was included. This has been an ongoing issue with the dipping sauces. Today, I noticed an overcharge on my bank account. When I called the restaurant, they initially claimed they had no record of my order and tried to dismiss me until I mentioned the possibility of fraud due to the overcharge. Finally, after a heated argument, the manager agreed to refund the extra £5 for the chicken nuggets that we did not order and are not part of our usual order history as vegetarians. The disrespectful treatment we received guarantees that we will not be dining at Herbies again."

"The service at this restaurant is friendly and accommodating. Even though I had never been here before, when I requested creamy cauliflower with my order and was told it wasn't available, one of the workers (I wish I had his name) offered to make something special for me. "I had a horrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered food from Uber Eats with a delivery time of 1:50am-2:10am, which was acceptable. However, the food arrived at 1:20am, half an hour early. When I tried to call and request a new order because of their mistake, they hung up on me multiple times and told me it was not their problem. I ended up with cold chips and a cold Parmo because they refused to send a fresh order. The service was terrible and the food was inedible. I had to eat some of it because I was starving."

"I ordered food from this restaurant and I have to say it was one of the worst meals I've ever had. I'm not sure if it's meant to be Indian or a fish and chip shop, but they are terrible at both! The chips were black, burnt, and hard - it seemed like they were leftover from the day before and refried. The naan bread was equally terrible, more like a giant pita bread - hard and almost stale. The chicken kebab I ordered for £8 consisted of a small amount of dried out chicken and a few burnt chips on top. The pakora tasted similar to ones I buy from Aldi. Despite their good feedback on Just Eat, I was very disappointed and ended up making myself a toastie instead. On a positive note, the salad was nice and the chili sauce was good. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service, but unfortunately, the food was a letdown. I will not be returning."

"The restaurant is lovely, but our experience was disappointing. There were 6 of us and the food was not good. The lamb kebabs and lamb chops were tough and unpleasant to eat. The service was also poor, with the waiter only attending to us when called. After paying a high price for poorly cooked food, we decided to never eat at hotels again. We had much better meals at other local restaurants such as Sawil and Marie Venna."

"RACIST staff. I asked if there were any promotions prior to ordering. No promotions after 12am . OK fine, no problem. I then proceeded to order a calzone whereby I can chose any four toppings. When I asked the staff to explain the toppings I got asked have you never been to a pizza shop before Ofcourse I have but I haven 't physically seen the toppings so I would like a little guidance please I responded. Then the main guy taking the orders said something along the lines of are you not British/ you don 't know how to speak English I immediately thought to myself.
