"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was shocking and absolutely dreadful. I used to order takeout from here frequently, but in the last few months, the pizza was always undercooked and had very little toppings. I decided to give them another chance and placed an order for iftari at 8pm, but they changed the delivery time to 9:20pm without informing me. When I called to inquire about the delay, the person on the phone said she was also fasting and that I had to accept the new timing. When I asked for a refund, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to multiple unhelpful staff members, including a woman who claimed to be the manager named Nosh. She was no better and provided poor customer service. The lack of professionalism and rudeness from the front desk staff was shocking."

"This is my go-to spot in Falkirk for a quick escape. They recently won an award for being one of the best takeaways in Scotland. They offer amazing pizzas, authentic chippie food, a variety of healthy options, and everything can be delivered right to your door when you order directly from their website. "Gladly giving one gold star to Pizza Italia, because as a last resort it was better than a pot noodle. Truly bad food ordered through Just Eat, but gotta admire the audacity of the delivery driver asking for an extra fiver when he arrived with the order. Particularly liked the option to select a single salad item to accompany my cremated parm. Opted for the white cabbage, which was soggy enough to balance the dryness of the chicken. On second thoughts, I should've stuck with the Bombay Bad Boy."

"Its two years since I last visited here for breakfast. It remains a cracking good place to eat. There is a full and varied breakfast menu. The coffee is good, better than one from the standard chains. Service is good, speedy and staff are very pleasant. Pleasant atmosphere. Staff are a bit distant, but good at what they do. "I live two blocks on the road so that this place is convenient for me. Usually they take about twenty minutes, but sometimes more, depending on the time. lately the chips were in the last two weeks on the standard of burger king. but before that the chips were very bad; for example very soggy. I hope they keep the standard of their chips they have now. my usual commands were variations of kebab (never thunder in pitta brot) because they tend to taste the best and they are healthy. I am a chess player and go for a national master title (i.e. semi-pro), so I decide for a healthier option. I hope the shop keeps a high standard!"

"Beautiful interiors, great food menu. Unfortunately in our visit, we didn’t experience a great service level. There were only 3/4 other tables so it was very quiet. The staff didn’t seem very motivated or engaged in providing a good level of service very low energy. One dish was forgotten so one of our group had to wait while we ate our food two sides were also not made and we had to ask for them. I would visit again and hope for a better experience because the place itself is lovely and the food was great. It was really lacking in welcoming and friendly service. On another note, I would like to point out how dangerous it is to serve hot food and drinks when there is a baby in a highchair. On all occasions when food and drink was brought to the table the staff member leant over our baby with hot items we had to move the highchair out of the way. Instead, staff should be trained to give to the adults directly and avoid going over the head of a baby sitting at the end of the table. If an accident should occur due to carelessness like this it would be awful. It’s much easier and safer to give food and drink to the person directly at their seat. Please consider this!"

"The staff at this restaurant are extremely unfriendly. My order was late due to the driver being arrested for fighting his cousin. When my food was finally delivered, it was cold and the chicken was tough. They only offered a £5 discount for the lateness and shrugged off the poor quality of the food with remarks like, "cold food happens." This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering I was the third customer to experience cold food that night. When I tried to address the issue, I was spoken to rudely and hung up on. The owner refused to take responsibility and told me to go elsewhere. I have reported this to Doncaster council and the FSA, as the restaurant already has a low hygiene rating of 2. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment."
