"I have been coming here regularly over the last 15 years and can honestly say I have never been disappointed with the food. Taste of China is located in the heart of Harrow and their signature chicken in black bean sauce is one of the best in the area. Upon entering, I am always welcomed with an endearing smile and seated within 10 minutes, even if the restaurant is heaving!. The service is also excellent with waiters who are extremely clued up about the menu and limited waiting time on food ordered. The décor is typically traditional and includes both a Chinese fountain and wishing well, which create a very peaceful and tranquil ambience. The food is delightful and the extensive menu offers a variety of dishes to tantalise your taste buds. All food can be tailored to how spicy you would like the dish and this enables you to tweak the menu to your liking. However, if you are looking for something spicy to eat from the menu, I highly recommend the Kung Po Chicken, which is a dish infused with chillies and spices to create quite a fiery meal. I would also suggest the lemon chicken, a very mild dish consisting of diced chicken breast alongside a pungent lemon sauce. Taste of China is well located, unassuming and friendly, serving quality Chinese cuisine with excellent service. Its popularity is evident from the limited parking directly outside but evening parking is free in the Debenhams car park just across the road."
