"Since I moved to Wincham I've always loved Jathra (Other than for two occasions). Tonight is an exception which has left a sour taste, especially when a member of staff was rude considering I waited over an hour and 40 minutes for a delivery which was due to arrive within the hour. My partner is allergic to coriander and specified this on the call, yet still her dishes arrived with coriander. Most of our meal arrived cold and an item was missing/several wrong. Jathra offered to send out replacement items, which was rejected due to the disgusting nature of attitude relating to the front of house staff member which rudely dealt with my call. It has been an abrupt end to my 3 year relationship without a phone call of apology for their untrained staff member."

"Ordered a Lamb Shish Turkish Kebab. Will not reccoment it. As this was one of the worst kebab I have had in my life. The Lamb was partly raw, and was served in a wrap (more like Doner Kebab) an a lot of union and 2 types of fine cut salad at the side. Normaly Im used to get it served with grilled vegetables, and some times a rice mix at the side. The service was not more then taking the order and payment. So I cant say much back or forward regarding that. There was 5-6 people there, when I came. So the place was almost over populated."

"Now then... this place really is something else. Out of this world. Desi biryani with curry sauce was so flavoursome and authentic.. the kebabs were sublime.. the chilli sauce soaked into the tandoori naan bread was divine. Seriously, the best I have tasted in a long time, possibly the best I have ever tasted. The delivery time was in the given frame and the delivery driver really nice and friendly too. We were so hungry and it all smelled and tasted so amazing that I clean forgot to take any pics. I will do next time though! I don't think i could settle for anywhere else for curries and kebabs now! As promised, second order.. photographs! Every bit as good as my last order .. please, Baksh's Indian Kitchen, never change! The photos don't do it justice"

"So so so rude! If i could give zero stars i would! Ordered online and paid nearly £40. Restaurant cancelled my order as delivery was too far away...both PR4 postcodes and ordered online on their own website. Refused to send confirmation that a refund will be sent to me! Called restaurant and OWNER hung up twice stating I don 't understand English ... Response to restaurant reply... i have posted 17 honest reviews and 2 negative!!! Nice try."
