"Food was nice once they got my order right, unfortunately we were seated right next to the kitchen doors even though there was ample seats further away but on the whole we will return but not on the same seats. Parking: A very small onsite carpark maybe 6 or 7 spaces, on street parking was already full I had to park right on a wide path which I do not like to do as it impedes pedestrians, maybe all the parking is taken up by staff they should think of there customers parking more. Wheelchair accessibility: There was 1 disabled parking space in the small car park so only 1 disabled car at a time as other parking would not be suitable for a disabled or even people with general mobility issues."

"Although we initially thought we couldn't fit in dessert, we took a little break and then decided to explore the dessert menu. Resistance was futile! I ordered the Plum and Frangipane Tart (gluten-free) with custard, while others chose the Biscoff Cheesecake and Rum Babas. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon. As for dietary restrictions, I enjoyed the gluten-free Chicken Satay as a starter, followed by the Brisket on Horseradish Mash and fresh vegetables, finishing with the delicious Plum and Frangipane Tart with custard for dessert."

"I had a wonderful walk on Skinningrove beach with Buster and Mrs, and decided to search for the nearest bar. I came across this incredible place, which I had passed by a few times without realizing it was a bar/restaurant. The staff were lovely and accommodating to dogs, and we enjoyed a delicious prawn sandwich with a side of chips. The other meals on the menu looked appetizing and were reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning in the future."

"As regulars at this restaurant (in fact it is one of our favourites) our experience this evening was unfortunately disappointing .. I appreciate it was very busy (as it usually is) but the bad start was when I asked to sample the house white wine...(as I would normally order red) and the waitress looked quite shocked that someone would ask to sample wine .. my husbands starter had to be returned as the bruschetta was as hard as a brick and the main which was a chicken pasta dish had only a teaspoon of chicken .. the manager replaced this with no questions asked as he saw the small amount of chicken and the replacement was delicious but there was no offer of complimentary dessert, coffee or limoncello or even an apology for our unfortunate experience .. we did leave a tip as the service was very efficient but unfortunately the food spoilt our evening."

"We were staying at Seaton Hall and the gardener recommended The Badger Hounds and we were not disappointed. Six for dinner. Service, drinks and food were all excellent from starters to sweets. Definitely try the Parmo, my daughter and I had spanish which was so tasty but be warned the regular size is huge! My wife had the fish pie and could not believe how full it was. Grandaughters had great burgers and son in law the beef. We had a lovely evening in a nice pub with good atmosphere."

"the food was great, my menu was crispy chicken with wild mushrooms and spinach with a Hollandaise sauce, wow these aromen absolutely beautiful. chief was sirloin of bark with roast potatoes, with maic also, crispy flower cauliflower with cheese, sugary snap bucks and carrots with a delicious yorkshire pudding mouth watery good and for pudding. sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream with extra sticky toffee sauce. mmmmmm .initial service was fast, but we think that we are forgotten by the end of our main meal, which was actually welcomed as the main meal, was so beautiful that it needed a little time to enjoy. all in all a beautiful experience that I would like to do again. guess what? I did it again. so delicious the garlic mushrooms as my appetizer, my wife had the prawn cocktail she said was so fresh. I had chicken parmesan that came with a lite salat, made to house chunky chips along with an salsa and a garlic dimmer... we both agreed to have a look at the desserts after our main course, I am as happy as the size of this beautiful parmo, which was absolutely stunning more filling than I thought."

"We had a wonderful experience at this lovely pub! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was beautiful both inside and out. We chose to sit outside with a view of the beach, and since we had our dog with us, we were thrilled when the lovely barmaid, Rebecca, brought him some tasty dog treats and offered him a bowl of water. "Located in the heart of Belfast, The Morning Star is a great find. On our first visit, we stopped by for a drink and a light lunch and were met with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The food options were plentiful, and although there were just two of us, we opted for starters which were delicious and generously portioned. Impressed by our experience, we returned on our last day for lunch. This time, all three of us went for the buffet which was priced at an incredibly reasonable £6.95. The buffet included a wide selection of dishes such as roast beef, lasagna, sausages, curry, mashed potatoes, rice, roast potatoes, chicken, and even a vegan option. We were allowed to plate up as much as we wanted in one visit. The quality was so good that we even contemplated going back for seconds! Instead, we decided to end our meal with desserts - two sticky toffee puddings and a Tiramisu, all beautifully presented and delicious. The buffet was clearly popular as there was a constant stream of customers. We were highly satisfied with the service and staff at The Morning Star and would definitely return on our next trip to Belfast."

"Rubbish service. Loud-mouthed waitress asked Do you want anything? and when I asked for the breakfast, she just put a menu on the table and walked away. Ordered breakfast to a waiter, who then went to the bar and shouted over to me to remind him if I wanted the small or large. Whole bar and customers looked at me. Asked for no tomatoes...came with tomatoes. When another waiter cleared the table and asked if everything was okay, I said Other than I asked for no tomatoes, it was good. His reply: Oh right. No apology or anything. Think I 'll stay clear of here for food in future."

"Both positive and negative sides to our stay here, but overal dissapointing. We were two couples, where one pair had a nice enough room, while the other had a room with lots of mold in the bathroom. Except for the mold problem, the rooms were clean. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was good and the servers were attentive and helpful. There was, however, the very strong smell of mold for the two of us who sat next to the wall This detracted from the experience. We also arranged for packaged lunches as we were walking coast-to-coast. The lunch offered was the worst that we had on the entire trip. We tasted it, then decided to eat later. The man who drove us to and from the hotel was friendly and pleasant. The woman who worked the front desk was quite the opposite--surly almost to the point of being rude. This made a large negative impact on our experience as a whole."

"We visited The Talbot for the first time tonight and had a wonderful experience. The pub is immaculate and has a lovely interior. The staff was very pleasant and attentive when serving the food.
