"I’m absolutely flabbergasted at what happened at this place today. I’ve eaten there a few times and the last time the food wasn’t that great but today my 3 year old wanted the halloumi and chip pita bread as shown in my picture below. The man in the photo was incredibly rude to my 75 year old mother when she asked before we had ordered what the halloumi fries were, rolling his eyes at her cause she was so stupid! Anyway, he was talking to his friend and we were waiting for our ordered pita outside the middle of the small trailer, there were no other customers waiting but we were obviously annoying him standing there so he shouted at us to move down we took the whole 2 steps to wait at the bottom of the trailer. The food was given to me (pls zoom into the last photo) it had 3 tiny soggy sautéed potatoes In it, two small bits of halloumi and loads of salad, looking nothing like the photo shown below. I said innocently “this is supposed to have fries in it like the photo there” What followed was absolutely disgusting he started shouting and arguing saying why did I choose that for a child if he had known it was for a child he’d have done “horrible fries” I said I didn’t need to tell you who it was for I pointed to that photo and would expect more or less the same as it is shown below not with completely different potato’s and no chips in it at all. He started saying his new potato’s were healthier and not full of rubbish and I wanted rubbish unhealthy food! I said I wanted my money back, he was shouting the whole time “there’s always one like you every 20 months”! He was then shouting at my mum and his friend on the street was telling her not to shout at him obviously it was ok for him to shout at us! I then took a photo of the food and he grabbed my hand and wrist trying to get my phone off of me and he then came running out the trailer and took my photo, he was mad wild and disgusting, first of all to behave like this let alone in front my 3 year old and baby, horrible man that doesn’t deserve to have a successful business please avoid!!!"

As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the attentive and kind staff. Rayya took our order efficiently, helped us choose a drink for our son, and made sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff, including Azeef, Samy, Hasnain, and AB, were quick to serve our drinks and accompaniments with a smile. It was clear that the manager, Amjad, treats his staff like family and goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. We were even given homemade cheesecake as a gift for traveling to dine at the restaurant. The genuine warmth and hospitality of everyone at Manjaro’s truly made our dining experience unforgettable. "We were here for a delightful Christmas dinner and were seated promptly. The meal was festive and delicious but the service a little less than attentive. Other tables seated after U.S. We're served more quickly, water was not refilled nor additional drinks offered. We were treated a bit like invisible diners. But we enjoyed our coffee and after dinner mince minis in a lovely lounge and overall the place is just visually gorgeous and lowkey elegant with wonderful art. Food very, very good. Would likely go again. Especially for tea in the public rooms or cocktails in the bar! Great easy location, too"

"I had the worst experience at this Italian restaurant. For the starter, I ordered ribs, but they came with a watery sauce and bland ingredients that were separating in the bowl. The meat was overcooked to the point where the fat was nearly liquefied. The pizza lacked flavor and was made with noticeably poor ingredients. When I asked for chili oil to enhance the meal, the staff didn’t understand and brought me a small dish of chili sauce instead. I did voice my complaints but received the typical meaningless apology and one of the pizzas was taken off the bill. In hindsight, I should have refused to pay for everything except the wine. Save your time and money; you're better off grabbing a pizza from the supermarket."

"On arrival greeted by a waiter who was wearing a shirt that required ironing and jeans that needed a belt. Directed to a 4 person table, even though there were tables for 2 available. Ordered hummus as a starter for my partner, only to be informed that unlike every other restaurant in the world, it did not come with bread and this had to be purchased separately!! The chips were undercooked and the mixed grill came with a very soggy skinned chicken wing. Overall, the food, for what they were charging, was below par. Wouldn’t rush back to eat there again."

"Chip shop attached to the pub was closed due to “staffing issues”…… it should have remained closed in my view instead of the bar trying to provide a substitute take away service. My husband and I ordered takeaway chips and a takeaway sausage and chips. The hardest chips we’ve ever had!! Rock hard like “dogs nails” absolutely awful. I took them back into the restaurant, who were happy to replace them with a fresher “softer” portion…….:. Still awful unfortunately. "I had a wonderful walk on Skinningrove beach with Buster and Mrs, and decided to search for the nearest bar. I came across this incredible place, which I had passed by a few times without realizing it was a bar/restaurant. The staff were lovely and accommodating to dogs, and we enjoyed a delicious prawn sandwich with a side of chips. The other meals on the menu looked appetizing and were reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning in the future."

"As everything shuts early on Sunday nights (same for Mondays) we came for an early dinner. I hadn’t had lunch too long ago so I decided to have two sides, the shrimp and cheese dippers. My partner had a bbq stack burger with chips. The shrimp and cheese dippers were nice and I liked the sauces. They didn’t have milkshakes and we wanted a sundae but they were out of ice cream which was disappointing. It was quite pricey but maybe other places are cheap. "Visited today for a carvery and must say it was the worst carvery I have ever visited, previously visited a number of years ago and it has changed massively.. Food was terrible, cold yorkshire puddings, veg very poor quality, over done and very mushy overall very bland and tasteless The gravy was terrible not sure you could even call it gravy to be honest. Service was very poor, served people first who where seated after us, never once come to see if everything was OK in the end we left majority of food and paid the bill which was wrong but paid anyway. Outside of building very run down safe to say really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend wont be visiting again!"
