"The coffee was good and the staff were polite. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. Although I understand that some elements may be fried, I had the garden breakfast and everything from the tomatoes to the haloumi was fried. While they tasted good, the overwhelming taste of oil left me feeling unwell. The toast was not fried, which was a relief. The portions were served on huge plates with not much food on them. The server tried to spread out the food best he could. The cost was £12, which I do not believe was value for money. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience."

"Such a shame. Food was pretty average and the speed of service was ok. My pizza was just about cooked and the other meals for our table were cooked ok. The place has zero atmosphere and the waiter although pleasant had the charisma of a brick. We tried it once when it first opened so we thought we would give it a second chance. We will not be going back for a third. I would say considering that nothing was terrible this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever. I have no idea why on earth anyone could have given this restaurant a 4 or 5 star rating. My advice is you are thinking about going, don’t and order a take away as it will be far more exciting and the delivery person will add more fun to the occasion that you will get in this place."

"Chill place to spend time. We went with my girlfriend on a Sunday afternoon to study for uni. Great atmosphere, quiet downstairs happy vibes upstairs. Staff is very friendly. The food is various and tasted good, and also the prices are good. The hot drinks are various too as you can have lactose free milk: soya, oat, and coconut. The coffee tasted regular. Definitely recommend the salads and the sandwiches, vegan options available. The WiFi was not working unfortunately but overall positive experience. We will be back but not to study until internet works well."

"We chose to have dinner here before watching a film at the Picture House opposite. We had booked a table but we didn’t need to as there was lots of free seating. They have the option to eat inside or outside, we chose inside. All the staff were very friendly and you could tell it wasn’t forced. There was a nice energy from all of them. (Apologies I don’t know their names). The menu is small but the selection has something for everyone. We had one meat burger and one plant based and both were delicious! The Rosemary chips are a must! Of note: the restaurant inside isn’t very big. There is only one toilet for customers and it is extremely small/narrow. They have a baby changing table but it is directly in front of the toilet doors in the communal sink area. So it’s in out. I couldn’t see a disabled toilet, but unsure if they had one elsewhere. I would advise checking before attending. The toilet could also do with a deep clean."

"White Pine offers a wide variety of delicious vegan dishes, along with a selection of home decor items to browse while you wait for your meal. Although the prices are quite high (my iced coffee was £7), the quality is excellent. We tried the acai bowl and a sandwich for breakfast, both of which were enjoyable. Additionally, there is outdoor seating available, providing a serene atmosphere despite being in a bustling part of London!"

"nice eating and good selection of meals and drinks. great looking building, but very cramped and loud inside. the service seemed quite unorganized; had to remind the staff of beverage orders and we were asked more than once for our order, but the staff was apologetic for it. we visited on a Saturday night so would recommend ariete, but possibly a less busy time"

"During our visit to Evesham today, we spontaneously decided to try out this restaurant. The exterior was inviting and once inside, we were warmly welcomed and quickly seated. The menu featured a variety of delicious Italian dishes at reasonable prices. Our drinks arrived promptly, followed by our starters and mains. Despite being full, we couldn't resist trying the desserts. The food was outstanding, the service was exceptional, and the restaurant had a clean and sophisticated atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!"

"When you go to London, its hard to not walk more than 5 minutes without passing a Pret a Manger- this is even more dominant when you are in the heart of London. In fact, around trafalgar square, I believe there are four. This branch seems to be one of the most popular and busy branches, which blends together healthy but fast food and therefore easily serves the needs of Londoners and tourists on the move. Pret seems to be one of the best fast food sandwich chains, with an immense variety and forever evolving menu of sandwich (hot and cold), hot dishes, soups, salads, fruit and savoury snacks, pastries, bottle smoothies and hot drinks. They are all made fresh and genuinely, the taste and variety is impressive. It is all made fresh on the day. I have been able to always find a few options here as a vegetarian. The place is busy throughout the day and the staff are very efficient and effective at managing the flow of visitors. I wouldn't say there is a huge amount of seating for the number of customers, so ideally, expect to take away rather than eat in. I can't remember seeing a toilet of wifi access- but public toilets can be found nearby. Prices are average for London, with a sandwich costing £4.If you are on the move and want to pick up a nice lunch or breakfast, you can guarantee a good variety of tasty options here."

"it is always hard to place with all the union of the genius suppen, in these days, as it now in double figures. printworks has been taking their fine soup wars to camp for some time in the frame of their great small ecosystem of local providers. Today was the first time I had the opportunity to visit. the interieur is simple, bright and heavy on bright wood, with a good mix of comfortable sitting, tables and chairs and window shelf stools. theke holds a series of delicious joys, with some great looking sandwiches, and tempting cakes from i love pure cakes. I was very late for lunch, today, so decided for a sandwich and coffee, instead of something substantial. I chose her chorizo and chicken melt and decided to espresso as my usual habit. I took a place in the window, and within moments, the friendly and accommodating opponent delivered me my roasted sandwich, while the antimaid already came over with my espresso. the coffee, with beans from monmouth coffee, was really good. that was a darker and more complex brew. I enjoyed it. the sandwich was one of the best hot sandwiches I had from late. the chorizo and the bun were brought together with japapeno, cheese and mayo to form cheerful pieces of mouth. the slightly roasted broth also delivered the correct amount of crunchy crunch. Overall I thought printworks was a really impressive place, full of quality and charm. they have built a large network of suppliers to ensure that quality is still high. I would recommend that they visit, next time they are looking for a big suppe, a huge sandwich, seductive cake, high quality coffee or all above. scores blythe scores printworks 4/5 for eating 4/5 for presentation 4/5 for setting 3.5/5 for the service with a total of 15.5/20 the current queen was: blythe i aß: chorizo and huhn I melt pot: espresso i wore: purple striped hemd total bill: £4.70"

"with a friend today afternoon for a look and absolutely loved it....no more beautiful view to sit and a glass wee and absolutely love what they have done to the place...has a cocktail who was dear. at the bar was very chatting and welcoming....got a feeling, it will be my new favorite place to meet friends for a drink. just what whitehaven needed. to be different!"
"We visited on a busy Saturday around 2:30 PM and noticed that this place is quite popular for pastries and coffee. While the pastries looked tempting, we skipped them since we were there for a late lunch. You can enjoy a meal for under £10 if you don’t include a drink. Overall, we found the food to be average. Perhaps we didn't choose wisely, but my smoked salmon crêpe was just alright. They were kind enough to accommodate my request to leave out the red onions. My husband’s cinnamon and apple crêpe was decent, but unfortunately, it was overly drenched in syrup. On the bright side, the service was friendly and efficient, even with the bustling crowd."

"On my break at work and popped in for a fry up, I wasn 't expecting Michelin star or anything, but it wasn 't even close. Sausages were the Worst I 've ever had, they were a really odd pink smoked salmon pink colour in the middle, despite the menu saying they were 'locally sourced ' (I 'm thinking Aldi) the hash brown was frozen solid in the middle, the toast arrived 5 minutes before the fry up did so it was cold, and the milk I was given was warm. The staff are really nice which is a shame, the chef needs to buck up- and soon."

"According to Google there open at 8am but yesterday around 11am mark I tried to buy me a tea and according to guy there yesterday who was eating at the time who rudely said that they weren't open yet. I was ok fine. As I tried to look at the menu he kept on rudely saying they weren't yet so I left and then went elsewhere for lunch later on in the day. If the guy hadn't been so rude as I tried to look at menu I might of eaten lunch their. I suggest that they change their opening hours on Google and put a menu on the outside so people can look at it without being rudely interrupted."

"I will never go back to this restaurant. I used to be a regular customer, buying coffee every morning before work. I always paid the same price each visit. However, recently I was charged a different price. When I asked why, the person charging me, who claimed to be the owner, said that the new price was actually the normal price and I shouldn't have been paying the lower amount. He dismissed the difference as only being 30p, but it was still frustrating. What I don't understand is that there is only one person taking orders and making the coffee. I ordered a mocha and was told that it was expensive because it contained both coffee and chocolate. When I tried the coffee, it was obvious that it had been rushed and not made with care. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would advise others to avoid it as well. Save your money."

"Didn't realise we were wandering in on their first day opening since covid and it was just brilliant. The owner is so lovely and couldn't have been more accomodating to us with two babies in tow to complicate matters! It was also lovely and cool on this ridiculously hot day. The chicken salad looked amazing and tasted even better. Some places just have a good vibe and this is definitely one of them. Will definitely be back!"

"Firstly this is a review of Guilt Trip, not Tank which I had been to several times before and had no problems with. I hope Guilt Trip up their game soon or this place won’t last long! We were greeted by some delicious looking donuts, and an electronic menu featuring different toasties. My partner chose the goats cheese toastie only to be told they couldn’t do that as they’d run out of the necessary ingredients. This was closely followed up by a following statement saying that, actually they couldn’t do any toasties at all, but a reason for this wasn’t given. This was lunch time so not ideal! So instead we ordered two donuts and two coffees and were told to sit down at a table and they’d shout us over when they were ready. As we waited we ate the donuts which were actually quite good, although not the best i’d ever had. I was shouted over for the coffees but when asked for warm milk for my Americano, the server said she wouldn’t be able to do warm milk and looked surprised by this request when I asked for it, but said she could give me some frothed milk from the machine, which turned out to be warm when it came anyway! Both servers seemed quite surly and not very welcoming, like they didn’t want to be there. We were in a rush to leave as we had a cinema booking to go to or else I would have stayed and complained. It seems the couple sat next to us had experienced some issue with the younger male server too, as when we got up to leave, the manager had come up their table couple after they’d obviously asked to see him and overheard the lady saying the server had been rude to her. Doesn’t bode well if a coffee shop doesn’t offer warm milk and seems alien to the concept when asked and they’re running out of basic menu items at lunchtime. Also the menus were just photocopied pieces of A4 paper and some of the items on the left hand side had some of the text missing so you couldn’t even read it properly. Bring back Tank! Much better as it was before! Doubt I’ll return"

"Went here for lunch in June on a Tuesday and was relatively busy, we booked a table outside and glad for the reservation. Menu was very varied and had loads of great sounding stuff, we had the smoked salmon risotto, chicken pesto penne and scampi and chips. All the dishes were great, esp the scampi and the risotto, generous sized portions and well seasoned. Washed it down with a variety of g&ts and cold pints of cloudy cider. Would definitely go back next time I'm in the area!"
