"if they are looking for poor to standard quality and bad presentation for above average breakfast price, then this is their place. If not, then they avoid how they would be plagued! order an breakfast and a charge as it is the highest rated restaurant/café for my...postcode the charge and filling was standard, nothing to write home. the breakfast was pitiful. the tablet came awesome! However, the tablet was served at a place between and tipped over THEIR delivery service, so it was just a molke food. we have tried to contact them online via the phone number without joy. we have tried to find them on social media, they cannot find (if we were looking for social media presence before ordering), this would have been a huge red flag)! for what was received, the standard of presentation and quality of food, it was very expensive. Moreover, the veggie in the house went with a standard home breakfast, as the veggie breakfast was a normal full English' without the meat products, no alternatives like Veggie sausages. will I have been ordering from here? not even if it was the only place in coventry that served breakfast! would I recommend? read again the beginning of my review!"

"after being recommended by a friend, my wife and I visited the bonoful restaurant in portobello last night. we were very glad that we did, because the service was impeccable from beginning to end, including personal recommendations to which food from the restaurant manager to eat. we were glad about the help in the choice, as my wife and I both agreed that eating without doubt among the best Indian bangladesch cuisines we have ever patterned. fresh tasting sauces, and melt in mouth meat, all filled with amazing taste. they also have a great drink and wine selection. we will definitely be back and would ask everyone else to visit also so that they can taste the amazing eating that the bonoful has to offer."

"So where do I begin.... I thought I 'd try this establishment again after having a good ish experience, this time As a take away. Please understand I live 2 roads away from this restaurant and waited an hour and 5 minutes for my food! Whilst on the phone to an incompetent manager the food was received and was STONE cold! The excuse was given to me from the manager that yes it is only 25 minutes late what is the big problem which I brought to his attention that it was NOT 25 minutes late as I was told 30 minutes remember 1hour 5minutes! I requested a full refund in which I was called by a senior manager who was at home. This coward of a man is rude, unknowledgeable, incompetent and disgusting and is very lucky he has not met me in person! Especially after hanging up on me because he didn 't like it when I made a fool of his solutions as they were totally a joke. He started the conversation by calling me a liar, suggesting I TEXT him my bank details for a refund to which I declined for obvious reason, he then proceeded to shout and try to be sarcastic! Biggest mistake to make and didn 't like it when I put him in his place. Then demanded I never order from him again and that I was wasting my time as his restaurant was the absolute best I the area! HAHAHA funny mate. After an hour of arguing and him contradicting his own points I made sure he understood that receiving my refund immediately was the best solution as I would take this further. I will be seeing him"

"Went tonight with a large group. We were given a wide choice of starters and main courses, plus poppadoms and chutneys and choice of naan breads and rice. Superb food and service. "I have visited this restaurant twice and both times the food was very tasty. Some people may say it is not authentic because it is not greasy or bright red, but I prefer this type of curry. I could taste the difference in their curries, each one delicious and unique. Unlike some other curry houses where everything tastes the same with the same red color. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are very reasonable. The lady at the front of house is always polite and attentive. I truly enjoyed the food here, one of the best I have had in Bristol. Trust me, I know my curries!"

"I would like to start off my review with praise for the staff and the decor of the establishment. I absolutely loved the unique decoration of the inside of the restaurant, from the strobes of multicoloured lights, the glass mosaics and drawings and the Afghan Styled (as I had been informed) seating in the lower end of the restaurant, which was not made for our family style but we are very sure is much appreciated by those who do use it. The staff was very helpful for my visit, I would like to thank the waiters and the hosts who were always alert for their kind hospitality, as well as the chef 's for their nice food. in my most humble opinion, the food was very good, though could be improved.
