"Very surprised to read some of the reviews from visitors at TigerBay Shisha and Carlton Lounge as we have always had excellent service and the food is some of the best Indian dishes we have had.We were seated inside the TigerBay Shisha Lounge however as this has open sides all round and even an open roof in warmer days or nights, we felt completely safe and COVID protected. The evening was very busy but had a great atmosphere and we didn’t feel cramped or as if we were too near to other customers. The music especially with the appearance of DJ Shraii gives something a little bit extra special than other venues.All members of staff wore face masks and we noticed they politely reminded any customers to use their masks when not seated at their tables.The food is always hot and you can hear the sizzle plates sizzling as the food is served. Portions are really generous and we usually find it hard choosing from all the delicious dishes on offer.The mocktails are especially good and the fruity versions topped with fresh and sweet fruit. We have not tried the Shisha varieties however talking to people we met last week, they said the choices are good and flavours excellent quality. So even without Shisha being available at the moment under Covid rules, TigerBay Shisha Lounge is a great venue.We are looking forward to spending many more summer evenings especially in the garden area which is beautifully filled with gorgeous plants and makes you feel you are on holiday and not just on an evening out.Keep doing what you do so well TigerBay Shisha and Carlton Lounge."

"The food at this restaurant is made fresh to order. The Dal could use a bit more salt, but it was still good when paired with rice. The standout aspect of this place is the excellent service. The host even went above and beyond to create a new mocktail for a colleague who did not like the Virgin Colada. The food may take a bit longer to be served since it is made to order, but it is definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend this restaurant for its exceptional service and fresh, made-to-order food."

"Ordered through just eat and we waited 45 mins as advised so once we we waited an hour and still no food we phoned and was told it was on the way without asking for our address. We then waited 10 mins and then phoned again and then was told the driver tried to deliver and left because he couldn’t find us then was told the driver would come back within 10 mins. After this we said no we don’t want cold food and cancel the order and then within 5 mins the driver was at our door saying the food was only ready 10 mins before and he picked it up with the food being cold No one knows what’s going on and argue on the phone with you even though you are the ones paying for this shocking service."

"I arranged a meeting and decided to go to a competitor's Indian restaurant, but it was a bit challenging and some of the staff were not very friendly. A friend recommended this place to me, and I was pleasantly surprised by the interior. The menu offered a good selection of dishes for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The portions were quite generous, and in hindsight, I probably should have ordered a smaller mixed grill, but it was Christmas after all. The Indian mixed grill we ordered was excellent and arrived at our table sizzling hot, creating quite a bit of smoke. The portion size was large, with enough food to comfortably feed 4 people with the included naans. The value for money was fantastic. I also tried the lamb saag, which was tender and flavorful. The sauces and dips were served in a nice presentation, rather than being in large squeeze bottles like some other places. They provided paper napkins, not cheap kitchen roll, and offered a take-home option for leftovers. The staff was very friendly, and I look forward to visiting again in the future."

"The service at this restaurant is always incredible, whether you are dining in or getting takeout. My children really enjoy coming here because the staff is very attentive and accommodating, especially for those with food allergies or sensitivities. Their chicken soup is a beloved family favorite and the menu offers a wide variety of options to satisfy any palate. They also have a great selection of vegetarian dishes. "After I had passed the siam cottage for many years a day, but set on our way with another near-by-paurier, I decided one day to review their reviews online. there were a couple who had lived in Thailand for many years, but now live. in perth. they said they often make the 4 hours round trip to eat here, as there are “the most authentic Thai aromes they have tasted with Thai” (or words to this effect). with a selection of Thai Chinese dresses it offers for the whole family. I was always a chicken panang or pad thai type, with my partner more in lemon chicken or similar Chinese dishes. in the course of the years we have worked quite a lot on our wise, although the takeaway menu, various dishes that we otherwise do not have. since every court we have tried was excellent, it is encouraged to take a leap of faith try something new every time. our personal favorite is just now the chicken cashew thai style...a taste sensation! The chicken panang is on the same with everything I tasted in Thailand. the service is always excellent, delivery fast we have a smile a chat at the door hit when it comes. price is also very reasonable in consideration of the portion size, for restaurant quality eat directly to their door, it will not be much better than siam cottage. when collecting an order a night from the restaurant, I noticed that the dishes were delivered to tables, looked out raised, very well presented huge portions. the personal was also very attentively friendly. although in the decor in restaurant, we do not tend to visit restaurants for their facility anyway. we visit eating that customer service is confident that a visit would exceed our expectations. we have not sampled many starters/deserts from the Takeaway menu, so can not comment so much on them. we got starters as soon as they were beautiful, but with the portion size they get on their net pages....3 net, a part rice a part bohnenprout nudeln is a fixed for a family of 4 (two adult, two children). we look forward to our next taste feeling. keep them good work."

We went at the end of January 2015 not the busiest day of the week or the busiest month, the place was half full with 2 waiters. "Pleasant but don’t think I would go again, Food was nice, Nann bread was nice however there is no way that portion size is adequate, 3 small quarters of nann bread is not enough. Atmosphere was social, one quiet loud group that we were sat by which was annoying but apart from that atmosphere was good, decor is nice, staff friendly. Really really wasn’t keen on the fact you have to go to a bar to order your drinks and pay, then navigate between tables of people eating to get to another till by the kitchen to order your food. This is a chaotic system and I wasn’t impressed by it, for this reason I won’t return. Seemed more hassle than it’s worth."

"Was very good, would definitely recommend! The service was lovely and perfectly attentive. The food was cooked to order and delicious, especially the salt and pepper chips. Haven’t tried the korean bbq but looks very good, otherwise the all you can eat chinese is the best around and worth the price (just remember cash. "I chose this restaurant because of its good reputation, but I was disappointed with the food. My Bombay aloo lacked salt and the cheese naan was not very cheesy. The restaurant is divided into two sections: a restaurant and a pub. However, it feels more like a pub, as you have to walk through the pub to reach the bathroom, which can be uncomfortable. Additionally, the TV was muted with Indian music videos playing, but it would have been better to have the sound on for a more authentic Indian dining experience. Despite these shortcomings, the cocktails were delicious, especially the Passion Fruit Martini. The waiter was attentive and even offered more bread during our meal. One highlight was the option to take home leftovers, which was convenient for lunch the next day."
