"Visited for dinner on 22 Dec and was underwhelmed by the experience. The menu and food were passable but not exceptional by any standards. The staff were courteous but lacked any empathetic skills, going through the motions like disinterested drones. Noise levels were obtrusive on this occasion but I put that down to a large group of diners with young children, who were not making any attempt to keep the children quiet. The lady who seated us did apologise and try to seat us at a quiet spot Disappointed. Very disappointed."

"Placed a delivery order here, took 1.5hrs to turn when advised it would only be “30 40mins”. When the food arrived, the packaging was absolutely demolished, everything was turned upside down! Look at the photos, dishes all split out into the bag. The Dishes themselves, did not taste right. The photos of the Lamb Rogan Josh just shows the amount of Oil in the dish, it was appalling! The Lamb seemed strange from the offset, shredded and scraps type of meat! No surprise of the outcome My entire family including poor kids all experience intense food poisoning, ill for a good week! When flagged to the restaurant through constant calls and even turning up to the Restaurant, they were dismissive from the get go. The did not want to acknowledge or admit to any wrong doing. One of the staff told me that “It’s not their fault my body can’t take the amount of oil and poorly prepared food, my body needs fixing!” The cheek! I wouldn’t advise or recommend this place to anyone, not only because of the food, but the shear arrogance and atrocious customer service provided. I’d never eat here again, if the restaurant doesn’t want to listen let’s see what Food Standards Agency has to say about it!"

"My friend recently moved to the area and after visiting some of the pubs in the area, we stopped here for pizza. It was incredible for me, it was the best pizza experience since 2019. But first, let me say something about the atmosphere. It is incredibly cozy, a bit like a wine bar lively but never hectic. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The wine was excellent but the highlight was the food. The starter was zucchini crisps with a dip I never had anything like this before and you simply must try it when you are there. The meal started incredibly strong but the pizza was even better. I have never tasted a salami like this outside Italy. Fantastic."

"We arrived at the restaurant at 11 am on a Sunday morning during a bank holiday weekend, but they did not have any fresh drinks available, such as juice. One person in our group wanted pancakes, which they had the batter for, but they said it would take too long to make, even though they could make waffles with the same batter. The coffee we ordered arrived cold, and the eggs in one of our three dishes were severely undercooked, turning into a runny mess. Despite the lovely atmosphere and nice staff, we were not very impressed. It seems like they may have been understaffed. It is a shame because the location is great. I am unsure if I will return for breakfast anytime soon."
