"we have the restaurant (11 on Sunday morning bank weekends and they had none of the fresh drinks available juice etc. one of our party wanted the pancakes for which they had the mix, but said it would take too long? even if they could waffle with the same mix. the coffee came and it was cold and the eggs on one of our 3 dishes were very undercooked and turned into a suppe! it is a nice restaurant and the staff are very nice, I just think that they might be a bit underoccupied and overall we were not very impressed what a candid is because the location is great and the atmosphere is beautiful. Not too sure if I will go back to breakfast soon"

The restaurant was closed but still allowed us to make a reservation. Not a great experience!

beautiful place for small groups. food arrived quickly, although the service was a little poor, dirty table and no water back to the table or on mealtimes. would visit again as the food and the coffee was great.

we were looking for a place to eat and this page allowed us to book a table for 8 45 clock. we went all the way and when we arrived, the kitchen was closed. the closing times said 11 o'clock and why did we then allow us to book a table first? annoying View menu

really nice cafe type location. on Sunday, when they were busy, they gave a brunch there, not a large amount of vegan options, but enough. the vegan granola was great and there were other options for lunch/night. the personal was friendly. a thing that I liked was that she served water cold, in a beautiful crawl and with a smile (some places can sniff). eating was easy on the expensive side, but probably par recommended for the place due to the necessarily high head.

Really nice cafe type place. Went there for brunch on a Sunday when they were busy. Not a vast amount of vegan options, but enough. The vegan granola was great and there were other options for lunch/dinner. The staff were friendly. One thing I liked was that they served tap water cold, in a nice jug and with a smile (some places can be snooty). The food was slightly on the expensive side, but probably par for the location given the inevitably high overheads. Recommended.

Firstly this is two stars not because this is a bad cafe, but just reflecting that I specifically sought this place out from the Happy Cow listing and was very disappointed that the only things listed as vegan suitable were things like granola. I would have found equal to or more options at any cafe. Vegetarians and particularly those looking for gluten free options would do well here as it is in its own right a nice little cafe. The pancakes are not vegan as the description suggests. View menu

Food was delicious, once it arrived. Was a lot of confusion with our drink orders, either forgotten/wrong one given to us and have had better milk based coffee.. but don't have to come here for the coffee! Food options are great, good variety and breakfast options offered quite late. Great seating downstairs, really good for groups and catching up. A vegetarian friend did have chorizo in her eggs.. but they were quick to replace and let the rest of us keep the meaty dish which was good!

"I was super excited to come to this restaurant as someone friends recommended it to us before and today we went to a friends birthday. I was extremely disappointed because my expectations were really high specially when the restaurant has 4.9 stars. The staff definitely needs some training as the service we received was shocking. First we were waiting for glasses to drink our sangria for a good ten minutes, then we ordered started and main and we were missing one of the starters we then said that it was fine because the lady that brought the starters to us insinuated it was our fault and stated she only had one in the ticket even thought the other guy who took the order double checked it. Then it was time for the mains everything came out apart for our food which he said was coming in a few minutes, we received our food after 45 minutes not only that but no one came to apologise to us and they didn’t even realised we were missing food. Which makes me think they were only focusing on cleaning and closing instead of taken care of the only customers in the restaurant. When my other friends were eating some people came and at that point we were told not to laugh for no reason. They got their food first so we were definitely forgotten and highlighted it to the guy. He was joking around and we didn’t even get a proper apology. The lady there was really rude and was very clear to all of us that she didn’t want to be there and that was really off putting. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all unless you want to be treated horribly."
