"Order was incorrect, forgot drinks,forgot items from order,waited 30 minutes seeing my meal go from one end of the restaurant to the other,when wanted customer service, employees didnt even acknoledge me for 20 minutes even when one woman wasnt actually doing anything and was overseeing others. Kiosks dont even work for QR code scans. When questioning why it wouldnt take my code, they told me to go and have my order taken at the till where of which there wasnt even member of staff waiting for me when i originally planned to take my order there, which is why i went to the kiosk. Overall horrible customer service, worst KFC ive visited in England as a result."
