"Order was incorrect, forgot drinks,forgot items from order,waited 30 minutes seeing my meal go from one end of the restaurant to the other,when wanted customer service, employees didnt even acknoledge me for 20 minutes even when one woman wasnt actually doing anything and was overseeing others. Kiosks dont even work for QR code scans. When questioning why it wouldnt take my code, they told me to go and have my order taken at the till where of which there wasnt even member of staff waiting for me when i originally planned to take my order there, which is why i went to the kiosk. Overall horrible customer service, worst KFC ive visited in England as a result."

What a dump! The trays spin and are warped so your drink spills, the tables are dirty and all wobble. Is this a restaurant or a joke shop? KFC never again. Overpriced for what it is and experience was dreadful.Receipt in photo proves I was really at this disastrous place. Just look at the warped tray! Sorry KFC this dump is an epic fail. View menu

Went here with a group from work, there are a lot of choice of different burgers which is good but starting a £8.95 it's expensive then you have to add fries to that which is minimum £3.50.I ordered a chicken classic burger, sweet potato fries and a coffee which was over £15.The burger was rater small and rather tasteless if I'm honest.We were the only people in the place and I can understand why, Burger King or McDonald's are fraction of the price and much better in my opinion.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which unfortunately fell short of my expectations. On two separate occasions, I found the quality of the burgers to be lacking. The bread appeared to be old and was quite hard, and the chicken did not have the great taste I've come to expect from your other outlets. For a more satisfying experience, I recommend visiting your location in the town center, which consistently delivers excellent quality. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope my feedback helps in improving the quality of food and service at your restaurant.
