"The restaurant offers an excellent special with a light batter upon request. The fish (I had plaice) was fresh and tasty, and the chips were crispy and chunky. All four of us agreed that it was the best fish and chip shop in the area. However, we were disappointed to discover at the end of the meal that they do not accept cards. This was not mentioned on their website or flyers, and even if you typically carry a card reader for online payments, you would not have been able to use it.
