"The restaurant offers an excellent special with a light batter upon request. The fish (I had plaice) was fresh and tasty, and the chips were crispy and chunky. All four of us agreed that it was the best fish and chip shop in the area. However, we were disappointed to discover at the end of the meal that they do not accept cards. This was not mentioned on their website or flyers, and even if you typically carry a card reader for online payments, you would not have been able to use it. Chip Shed, please provide better communication about your payment options."

We booked a table for our visit to Warwick,as on a previous visit it got really busy. We had to change the time of our meal, and they were only too happy to accommodate Gorgeous cod and chips with mushy peas, and home made tartar sauce. You can't beat this place. Also have some craft beers and wine

The cod and chips were just as I remembered from the 'olden ' days. Fresh and tasty, beautiful batter and perfectly cooked fish. The chef did a great job and Michelle was very friendly, and helpful. The shop itself has a quaintness and I loved the crockery.!! (I wish I could transport the whole lot to Australia!

A last minute treat after the fireworks and what a treat it was, gorgeous fish and freshly cooked chips with mushy peas! Amazing!! We had to wait about 25/30 mins but that was expected with the amount of people there.....that's a good sign, it was well worth the wait! Will definitely be returning when next in the area. :D View menu

I and my partner went by the other day by their loading and slept their food on the street. we both thought it was amazing and said it was trying it on our next takeaway night. tonight we came by and ordered fish, chips and curry sauce. it has not failed to impress! the fish was freshly cooked, the teig crispy and full of taste. the chips were delicious, and the curry sauce too. in any case the best chip shop of all time! will definitely come back

I went to this restaurant with 5 friends and we made a reservation in advance. The food was delicious, with freshly cooked fish that had the best crunchy batter. The chunky chips were also delicious, especially when paired with the curry sauce. It was a great value at £10.50 for fish, chips, a side, and bread with butter. Despite being a small place, they had a good selection of beers and ciders. The service was good. I am looking forward to eating there again when I am in the area.
