"It took nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive and I still haven't received it. I'm frustrated because when I called, they said it was on its way, but when I checked the Just Eat app, the driver had been delivering my food for an hour with no explanation for the delay. I won't be ordering from here again. I was really looking forward to enjoying some delicious chicken after a smoke, but it was a total disappointment."

"searched this place and it is very mixed reviews. we went from the bath center pleasant evening walk on a Sunday, as arrived in the city, not knowing the opposite or their restaurants. we are both carnivores and many restaurants do not know how...for our needs so searched for a kebab place on the takeaway. it was also not disappointed after waiting for a few minutes, as both the doner and the lamb was freshly cooked. they are very tasty and absolutely no sodburn or darm probleme so big result round. chap, which served us very friendly and welcoming."

"Best kebab on the South Coast! I've tried over 50 kebab places from Southampton to Brighton, and this one takes the top spot. It's the closest you'll get to a true Northeast kebab. Generous portions, a satisfying thickness of kebab, and incredibly flavorful—the list goes on! The only downside is the delivery fee for certain areas. "After spending a week travelling around West coast of Scotland our last night was in beautiful Callander. Arrived at hotel to a warm welcome from Leon and Nicole.. check in was easy and we were shown to room 1.. lovely clean, bright airy room with a massive and exceptionally comfortable bed, had ensuite shower room, tv and plenty room to unpack. Had a few drinks then dinner in the restaurant, again, service was friendly but professional, food was delicious Balmoral chicken and Balmoral steak) with an enormous Eton mess to share. Our dog Ronny was also made very welcome . After a great sleep we had breakfast poached eggs and pancakes) which was perfect.. Hotel is on the main high street, central to all the lovely shops etc.. we just parked beside hotel.. Will definitely return to the Waverley as the staff and service is spot on. Highly recommend"

"We always order from this restaurant whenever we stay at Boclair House Hotel. The pizza was excellent, but I highly recommend trying the pollo pepe or pollo fungi. "I have been a patron of this restaurant for 5 years now. Most of the staff are friendly, but one staff member in particular stands out from the crowd - his name is Simon. Simon always greets me with a smile and sometimes even gives me a warm hug, making me feel very welcome. Sometimes I am indecisive about what to order, but Simon always guides me in the right direction and helps me choose from the diverse selection of food. "Ordered two large lamb shish kebabs from here though Just Eats. After two hours and several phone calls a delivery driver showed up with ONE crumpled and cold chicken doner in his hand. Three weeks later I am still struggling to get my money back. Just Eats say they can 't do anything, and Belly Busters say I paid Just Eats so I need to argue with them, which I have been for three weeks, to no avail. But surely Just Eats must have paid this 'restaurant ', so why couldn 't they at least send a replacement? Anyway, following this ripoff I discovered Golden Kebab just around the corner, and I 'm so glad I did! The good news is that I discovered a far superior place in every respect."
