"I almost never write restaurant reviews but Catalinas was such a great place that I just had to. The servers there were very welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The food was great and it didn't take too long to come out. It had a fantastic atmosphere and was the perfect place to try Mexican food."

"I stopped here on Saturday night for a late night feed with my other half. I 'd had a massive lunch so wasn 't actually that hungry, but the S.O. was starving and suggested Taco Mazama as a nice alternative to a greasy takeaway! I 'd been in the Taco Mazama inside Central Station before but was left a bit unimpressed by the standard of service I 'd received, although the food was nice. I 'm happy to say the Renfield St shop was different! I opted for a small quesadilla filled with chipotle shredded tofu, cheddar cheese (duh), caramelised onions and jalapenos which came to £4.50. S.O. got the fajita filled with beef and chorizo chilli and it was the more enormous thing I 've ever seen! The server ripped the first tortilla because it was packed so full! We took away and ate once we were home and I loved it. S.O. said his fajita was too beany but he 's a notorious fusspot! I got the roast tomato and chipotle salsa to dip my quesadilla in and it was nice and spicy! I think next time though I 'll ask for a side order of sour cream because my mouth was on fire by the time I was finished! The staff were super nice in the store. I asked the server to talk me through using the Swipii machine because I hadn 't used my Swipii card before. Turns out she hadn 't either but was kind enough to stand and go through it with me. I really liked the vibe in the shop and liked that they have the allergens menu on the wall for you to look at. I hadn 't realised how many veggie options were on offer before, and I think I 'll definitely be back for more. There 's not many seats in the shop, but I 'd like to sit in on my next visit also. I 'd like to add I got a quesadilla once from Pinto (a place I actually really liked) and it was such a disappointment. I honestly was devastated by how terrible it was because I 'd been looking forward to it all day, and I 've not been back to Pinto since! I think Taco Mazama will be my go to place for fast mexifood now!"

"During our third night in Torquay, I was extremely impressed with Las Iguanas! They had a separate section on their menu dedicated to vegan options, which did not disappoint. I found it charming that they included little vegan flags on the food to signify their pride in offering these choices. I ordered the vegan nachos for a starter and a vegan burrito for my main, but the starter was so filling that I couldn't finish my main! Everything was delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We chose to sit outside and used a QR code to order our food. There were also some fantastic vegan cocktail options available on a 2 for 1 special. I would definitely recommend Las Iguanas over the other restaurants on the Riviera strip. "This restaurant has a very casual dining atmosphere, so I'm not sure if making a reservation is really necessary, although it might be wise to do so on Thursday and Friday evenings after work. You order at the counter, and they bring the food to your table. They seem to have a busy delivery service on Mondays. The Happy Hour drink specials are great for groups from the office. The food is decent and made to order behind the counter, though it could have been a bit hotter. It offers good value: for £27, you can get nachos, a quesadilla, a salad, a large burrito, and two classic margaritas. The staff are friendly and capable. I would definitely stop by for a quick bite or to spend time with friends and family."

"My partner and I came in today, later in the day and was surprised to see how quiet it was and was worried. We were pleasantly surprised by a friendly service and spectacular food order. My partner had the pulled pork and I had the Veggie Chilli, we shared nachos and it was better than most subways I have had! The staff catered towards my dietary requirements, making the distinction between me being vegetarian or vegan. All in all a great little place, would definitely return again and I would love to see this business in more places."
