"The quality at Costa is always good, but our recent visit wasn't the best experience we've had. My 9-year-old ordered a hot chocolate and I ordered a panini to be toasted. Unfortunately, she was not offered any cream or marshmallows for her drink, and I received a larger size panini than I had wanted without being asked. Despite this, the food was still tasty. They enjoyed their cake and my panini was beautifully made. I had to search for napkins, but there were plenty of seats available and the restaurant was very clean. The wait for our drinks was fair, considering how busy the restaurant was."
