"This drink varies Day to Day. On this occasion it tastes no more than soda water, even after stirring. This venue is normally very good, but this today has really let them down. Hopefully this was just a one off."

"Myself and my daughter visited the shop, to eat in and enjoy a hot drink and a snack. When they were unable to provide items for a multiple item deal, I was rudely told that I couldn’t substitute another item in order to be afforded the same deal. My order was subsequently mixed up, and they tried to overcharge me for a hot drink. In light of current times we did not enjoy our visit to this coffee shop, and being one of our first attempts of heading out of the house, found the whole atmosphere cold. If you are looking for customer service I wouldn’t visit this place. The refreshments were tasty however."
