"I used to come here regularly with my family in the 90s 00s. In those days it 's wasn 't particularly expensive, just hard to get a table. Pre Covid I 'd visit two or three times a year for a treat and we were always made to feel special. We decided to treat ourselves again in early January to ward off the blues. If it didn 't have the 'brand ' attached I 'd have felt it was a very average restaurant. The front of house staff were rude (not quite as bad as the ones at The Ivy Chelsea Garden but close) and passive aggressive. It was very busy at the front desk and I suspect the blockage was the wait staff not getting tables ready quickly enough. However, it was stupid to take it out on the people who 've just arrived. Then our waiter was a bit dippy. Very unusual for The Ivy. One eg he let both our glasses of wine empty and it took ages to flag someone down to fill them up (I 'm quite happy to do it myself but didn 't know where our wine was). Then the bloke who filled mine up wasn 't listening when I twice said 'that 's enough thank you ' so I had a large beaker of white wine to get down before it got warm. Also one of the loo seats in the ladies loo was completely detached. I daresay they are all knackered from a busy festive season or had a lot of agency staff on. But it 's not what it was and no longer value for money."

"I entered the restaurant and noticed that the staff were not wearing masks, despite signs on the door requiring them to do so. When I approached the counter to place my order, the guy working there was on the phone. After waiting for a minute or two, he finally finished his call and asked for my order. Just as I began to speak, the phone rang again and he answered it, taking an order over the phone before attending to me. It took several minutes before he hung up and took my order, showing no signs of apology or gratitude."

"I ordered I Filet-Steak medium, I got a piece well done and very dry. This was a very disapointing experiance to a high price. As we wanted to speak with the chief he said: „That‘s the way we cook here!‘ This is a no go in a restaurant! Never again Harberview Grille in Campbeltown!!!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the restaurant. I had initially thought it was a dingy pub, but it turned out to be fresh and colorful with cheerful Christmas decorations. The staff were friendly and our orders were promptly served. We all enjoyed our meals, although I must say that the wheaten bread in my open prawn sandwich was too hard and dense for my liking. Everything else was delicious."

"Live music for the night- jazz pianist, was good. Service was very slow, considering the restaurant was not full. We weren't overly impressed with the food- carbonara was thick and too creamy, lamb steak was small and pizza bland. Wine was good and espresso martini was strong"

"Attached to Millie's Cookies and operated by the same staff, this ice cream parlour is on the pricier side. However, the quality of the ice cream definitely justifies the cost."

"This experience exceeded all my expectations; it was a fantastic lunch in a luxurious setting overlooking Belfast Harbour. The meal was outstanding and served with great elegance and attention. If you're looking to treat someone special, Belfast Castle is the perfect choice."

"When we arrived, our reservation was unrecognized, despite having confirmation from OpenTable. We waited an hour for a table, and others who arrived after us were seated first. Once we were finally taken to our table, we were served tea and coffee, but no food. The drinks were cold by the time our meal arrived about 15-20 minutes later. The scones were hard as rocks—one woman at a nearby table even joked that she could use hers to signal SOS. We had to ask for cutlery for the Eton mess and the gateau, which was quite frustrating. To top it all off, no one offered an apology for the poor service. Overall, it was an experience I wouldn't want to repeat!"

"the brasserie is really good. the position that on the sea, with floor to deck glass is wonderful. the service was excellent, many employees, all very attentive, friendly and efficient. eating was also excellent, great selection and varied menu between imagination and simple, really well prepared and packed with taste. the only negatiw was the room temperature, it was during the cold snap after the end of the sunlight and warm weather and it felt really cool, especially in the bar area. next time, I'll take a card."
