"great tapas and soft drinks. recommend the mango ingwer bier that has a small kick and is presented so well. very much they enjoy the diverse colorful and easy to see menu they offer here and especially love the sea cat 241 Sun-Thursday offer they do what makes when super affordable with my bestie for freky fajitas swing and we share a chike and pulled swarm and a sizzling steak between us to mix it. I could not press in a desert, but they do my favorite mint choc chip ice here, so will try to test it next time. if they ask, they may have additional flour tortillas to ensure that they show up and eat all their fajita meat and paprika. the service can be a little slow so they leave time to enjoy their meal when they are planning to watch a movie after that."

"I had never been to a Nando 's before so this is my first visit review. I was surprised how busy it was, so I guessed that it must be popular, I had to wait 15 minutes for a table to become available, that wasn 't too bad as we grabbed a drink and sat outside. It is a sizable restaurant and there are quite a lot of staff, we were called when our table for 5 adults became available. Then this is when it lost 1 star, no explanation as how to order, luckily we had one of my nieces with us and she had been to a different Nando 's many times before. So, everything is done on your mobile phone, scan a barcode on the table and create an account to be able to proceed, if my niece hadn 't been with us we wouldn 't have had a clue as to how you place and pay for your order, maybe I am just getting old and I am out of touch with the new protocol 's. After having a guided tour of what was entailed we placed our orders and the food and drinks started to arrive, this was staggered and we all started eating at different times, the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. I don 't like the fact that you have to create an account and provide your email address just to order food, this I fear will lead to a barrage of emails from partner companies etc. What happened to the good old waitress/waiter service? they brought the food and drinks to the table, so why can 't they just come to the table and take the order? Some of you may read this and say this guy is out of touch maybe I am and I will take that comment on the chin, however, what about the older generation that still don 't have mobile phones? As I said, the food was delicious but I don 't care much for the faffing about the technical way of ordering food."

"I can get here on a busy Saturday, but I had a reservation and I was very disappointed. first, the service was terrible, we had a table over a table and we had to wait for half an hour until our table is ready. when we finally sat, the terrible service continued. Once we set ourselves and got our menus, they asked us our order, some of us even had our hunting. I felt quite awkward. we ordered our food quickly and waited for 45 minutes until the dishes arrived. many of the courts were missing. one of the members of our party ordered a pornstar martini who came half empty and the shot of prosecco almost did not exist. we then complained to the manager who said: "No worries about it we will get them a new one and they can keep them as an excuse." but the new pornstar martini did not appear until we had almost finished our main thing. the nets were warm and they forgot so many parts of our dishes, for example forget the packs for the fajitas, the dives with our starters and much more. When the evening came to an end, I was glad to go. we asked about our bill and when I checked it, I found out that we were accused twice for the pornstar martini and all the other extras we never got. we asked to remove what the waitresses seemed hesitant, so had to wait to talk to the manager. the manager was attentive and removed this charger, but it was not a good experience. I will not come back soon."

"visited this beautiful restaurant after buying a groupon deal. the employees were pleasant and attentive and advise us on some of the menu items. we have decided to have starter and net. the nachos with huh and chorizo was perfect and southern peaceful chicken strip with BBQ sauce was just as delicious. a classic barkburger with fries and red cabbage coleslaw was next door and tasted great and the chicken chanting fajitas salat was also beautiful. Unfortunately, the desert was not an option, as we were too full and had no place in which she was fit, the menu sounded appetit and we will have to visit again to try it out."

"We initially tried going to Wetherspoons, but it was too busy and crowded, so we ended up at Chitquito's instead. Since we were the only customers, we all received our drinks quickly and enjoyed friendly service. "We arrived at 2:30 PM and placed our order within ten minutes. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time. By 3 PM, I inquired about the long wait for our food, but the waitress couldn't explain the delay. I had already prepaid to ensure we wouldn't be late for a movie starting at 3:20. By that time, my two children and I were becoming frustrated. Once again, the waitress was unsure why our food was taking so long. At 3:25, I requested a refund, opting to grab a snack at the cinema instead. The manager approached us and promised that our food was on its way. Just a minute later, it finally arrived. Unfortunately, the tacos were soggy, and the chicken in my salad was dry. We ended up feeling rushed to eat. I would advise avoiding this restaurant unless you're okay with waiting nearly an hour for subpar food."

"I recently celebrated my grandmother's birthday here with my family. The service was a bit slow, but we did visit on a Saturday. The food was fresh and served hot! I really enjoyed my appetizers, the jalapeño poppers, although the sauce was a little too sweet for my taste—I have diabetes, so I have to be mindful of my sugar levels. I ordered the Texan stack burger meal, which was good, but I expected the burger to be a bit larger. I also loved the skin-on chips. Overall, my family and I had a great time!"

"We stopped by for a meal before heading to the cinema and had made a reservation through an agency, but unfortunately, Chiquitos hadn't received the notification (a downside for Open Table). However, the hostess at Chiquitos was absolutely delightful and quickly arranged a table for us without any hassle. She made us feel very welcome, and the rest of the staff were also friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, and we experienced no delays, making it easy to enjoy our meal before the movie. I would definitely recommend it for a pre- or post-cinema outing. It had a lively atmosphere that seemed perfect for dining with friends. We'll definitely be back!"

"Absolutely disgusted with this place!! Arrived for our reserved table on time to be told they had given it away to a coach party! They seated us then made us wait whilst they sorted another table for our party of 8. Drinks were ordered and 5 of us were served while 3 of us had to wait until we reminded a waiter they had no drinks. We then asked if we could order from the kids menu for our 2 15 year olds who were with us and Cath who is not a big eater. We were told we were not allowed to order from kids menu as its only for up to 11 years old. Our food started to arrive at 9.25pm and 15 minutes later at 9.40 some of us were still waiting. Plates were served with cold food, items missing, sour veg and microwaved! When we asked to speak to the manager for the second time we waited 10 minutes before she came over and her first words were whats your problem now? . We told her we were not eating any of the food and would only pay the drinks bill as were unhappy with the service, the food and her lack of customer care. Rude pushy american who thought she would frighten us by threatening us with security if we did not pay full bill. Security arrived after we paid drinks and she told us we were barred feom fountain park. Not according to the 2 security guards we ain 't. In short,avoid this place like the plague!! Shocking service and no customer care"

"platz was really busy when we arrived with people who were not booked away, so it is very popular. the staff was friendly and helpful. the table was a bit small and sometimes felt somewhat cramped, especially with overlapping table sets. it was also next to the disabled toilet. (hence the -1 star) eating was really nice and cooked, just as we asked. they also had an extensive wine list with very beautiful weeping. I'd go back if I knew I was sitting somewhere else."

"Lovley waitress serving us.... felt sorry to complain! Asides from hour wait between courses others kids in restaurant). Both mains came out, pasta and risotto. Both over cooked- pasta tasted ok but the waitress could see that fungi chicken Risotto was just like mush and very kindly offered to replace it.... accepted, and it came back tasting ok but littered with chicken sinew/fat (as per picture above).... If not sinical I wonder how a chef working in such a nice place could make such a mistake? Mmmm "
