"I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My meal was served cold, dry, and lukewarm, despite my order being made three meals ago. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he spoke with the chef, who simply shrugged it off and seemed to have a poor attitude. The table service was also inadequate; they moved plates from our table to another without any explanation. Overall, I was very disappointed, especially since it was a special occasion. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant."

"I wasn't impressed with the tacos. They had hardly any filling and were mostly just tortilla with very little meat. It was quite disappointing. There was another menu option that looked much better, with tacos that were a bit pricier but much more satisfying, packed with chicken and less tortilla. They wanted those tacos but couldn’t get them. It feels more like a fast food spot now, whereas it used to feel like a lovely restaurant."

"It was our first family visit at the restaurant chain and we loved it. The atmosphere at this branch is lovely, with a very calm and well designed look. The team were all lovely and service was great! We just wanted to highlight Davari and Ash who were with us throughout our experience at the restaurant and helped us within the time we were there, assisting with little requests and all with a great smile. "However, we did experience some issues with service timing. Our second pitcher of margaritas took over 20 minutes to arrive, leaving us with little time to enjoy them before heading to the movie. This was particularly disappointing, as the restaurant wasn't crowded at the time. As the others rushed to get the movie tickets, I ended up paying the bill, which took an additional 10 minutes to process. This made me late for the film, which was frustrating and detracted from the overall experience. On a positive note, the manager kindly removed the second pitcher from our bill without mentioning it, which was a nice gesture since we hadn’t consumed much of it. I don’t want to come off as overly critical of the staff, as they were all very friendly and accommodating. Perhaps just a bit more efficiency could enhance the experience?"

"I made an online reservation for 9 people through OpenTable and received a confirmation email almost instantly. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, they didn't have any record of our reservation. Fortunately, there was still space available for us. "When we arrived, we couldn't find our booking. Luckily the restaurant was not busy and our party of 7 we were almost immediately sitting thanks to the manager. while pleasant our waitress was noticeable due to their absentness during the meal. additional drinks and additional foods were requested by other employees as they were over. Eat excellent, although we find that the portions shrink with each one we make. instead of expensive if they have a discount voucher or code (which we have). the entire ambiente is quite bad at this visit. Unfortunately, the latest news seems that this is still a different restaurant chain in difficult financial terms, which affects personal moral badly. this is a scandal, as we love eating and if the service it would tip not the staple prices."

"Burger King are really excelling in the vegan fast food space atm! They've committed to going 50% plant-based by 2030 and turning their flagship store vegan for a month is a clear sign they mean business. The store is fully vegan with an extensive menu including a selection of whoppers, chicken burgers (created by The Vegetarian Butcher and sides including chilli cheese bites and onion rings. I've already tried Burger King's Vegan Royale and Vegan Nuggets (currently available at all their stores) and they're both very impressive, so I was very excited to come to the first all vegan branch! I went with my girlfriend and we got the Vegan Katsu Royale, Plant-based Bakon Double Cheeeze XL, Vegan Chilli Cheeeze bites, Plant-based Onion Rings and Vegan Fries. Firstly, the Katsu Royale was really good even better than I expected, and stole the show for me. The chicken' patty was really tasty and it had crispy onions which added a lovely crunch. The Bakon Double Cheeeze XL was also tasty, but had no sauce so was a bit on the dry side. I added bbq sauce to it which made it a lot juicier and tastier. The Cheeeze bites were also really good the cheese was lovely and melty. I'm not good with spice so the chilli was a bit much for me but my girlfriend said the bites were her favourite part of our meal! The fries and onion rings were also tasty and a great side to the meal. All in all very tasty and I'd definitely recommend coming down here before it closes on the 10th April and reverts back to a regular Burger King! Also, as an extra note for Burger King branches generally, I'd recommend downloading the app as it has LOADS of great discount offers for their vegan food. For example you can get a Vegan Royale for £1.99 every Monday (instead of £4.99 and recently there was even a voucher for a free Vegan Royale without even a purchase! Definitely worth downloading!"

"I was extremely disappointed when the food arrived after 1hour of waiting. Ordered two molten chocolate brownies expecting them to be warm gooey and covered in hot chocolate. Haha no, that’s not what was delivered. We got two freezer stored cold cakes with chocolate on top in a plastic case. Also ordered thunder and lightning ice cream, but instead was delivered death by chocolate, so I rang up to explain they had delivered the wrong flavour to be told they had no thunder and lightning in stock so they just switched it without consulting me first. When I said that I don’t want to chocolate one I could hear them in the background trying to tell me that it’s the same thing when it obviously isn’t! While on the phone I asked if the molten brownies are meant to be cold to be made aware that they are stored in a freezer and sent out cold. As a desert place I expected freshly made food especially for the price!! Also after debating with the guy on the phone that the ice creams are not the same he offered to refund me via bank transfer in which the refund is still not appearing to have been made! Would not recommend. Disappointed! Also why does delivery take 1 hour when it’s literally just frozen **** put in a bag and placed at your front door"

"The only disappointment was where we were seated: people were standing behind us and kept knocking into our chairs because they were very drunk. Perhaps they should seat people who are eating separately from those who are drinking. I had to speak to them to ask them to stop knocking into our chairs. The waitress was amazing, although I didn't catch her name. She kept asking if we wanted our drinks refilled so we didn't have to go to the bar. The food was absolutely outstanding."

"This is the first time I've ever visited one of these restaurants, it seemed a good option to choose when we were out with our daughter. We ordered her a kids meal, which was completely free as we were ordering an adult meal too. This is brilliant, and just the sort of things parents need more of! Our daughter's food also came first, and wasn't scalding hot like most other places. That's not to say it was cold, not by any means. It was ideal and it meant that we all finished near enough at the same time, not us sat there waiting for our daughter to finish! I had the Chicken Katsu noodles, which was delicious. I couldn't fault it! My partner had a Smoky Joe burger and he also enjoyed it. Our daughter's meal was fish fingers, with chips and beans which she loved. Plus she got a drink and a dessert too, (she chose Vanilla ice cream , and with it being free it was even better! The staff were mostly very good, but looked a little flustered. Needless to say, it was fairly busy, but we were not kept waiting! Improvements I would suggest would be a bigger restaurant, more people will definitely come! I will definitely visit here again!
