Kudos goes to the maître d’, which successfully convinces me _not_ to put extra cheese on my pizza - as it would ruin the texture - so lose three-digit markup on extra mozzarella on the industry standard. No one has ever convinced me that I cannot add cheese to something when my heart is placed on it, this is a real feat and testimony to the kind expertise of the staff. I need to make special mention of their gluten-free bases that are so convincing and uncharacteristic delicious that I thought they sent me a gluten-y."
