"eating was great and good value. service was not good. we have a menu at 1046. we waited for the server and had to call him at last. order and then he brought another menu that said it was after 11 o'clock and we had to use the other menu that had more expensive prices. we explained that we had waited for him to come so that we could order, and we expect him to be bigger in the price design of the menu we had. he wouldn't do it, always said it was because it was after 11 o'clock. at this time it was 1110 or so. it was just a pain in the back and so not necessary. That was for three drinks we asked. maybe $8. only no good service. she had to keep calling for more water and so on."

"Ordered double stack on my burger but didn't come with that and was taken off the bill as wasn't going to wait for a other one to be cooked. We had a side of onion rings and one of them had unmixed dry flour inside of it which put us off eaten the rest so sent them back and they was removed from the bill but wasn't really given or offered anything for the inconvenience I appreciate mishaps happen but just left a negative on the Zak's meal which we use quite often."

"Met for Christmas meal booking for 4 by 13.00 Discovered for the festive menu, but if asked if there was a price for 2 courses, we were told that the price for 3 courses was decided only for beginners 3 for the Prawn Gratinee, who was advertised as King prawns was a more accurate description tas greater than normal, but definitely not King Prawns, of which there were only 5 works at over £ 1.20 pro pawn For the main course we all chose Turkey Paupiette, which was delicious, but it was obvious that it sat under a heat lamp when the surface of turkey and vegetables had dried out."

"great place! we wanted to go to santorini, but my passport didn't come in time. I treated it as a little bit of a week to cheat me and my friend. blown away, how amazing everything was, decor, dj, staff, eating. we had the steak and seafood combination. lobster, king prawns, taffeta rings, truffled frries and pepercorn sauce. the best lobster activity ever had. cocktails also beautiful! not to see the terrace over the city. modern seating area with heating lights and good RnB games. what do you want? would come back 100% and will return for my 30th birthday with a large group of friends and family. many thanks east 59th!"

"one of my favorite bars among the many I visited during my last trip what I liked about them was the Bonds theme! they have huge photo frames of bond placed all over the place and the decor is beautiful. the place has three different areas so it is extremely spacious. the staff is friendly and very friendly, also the service is excellent we had ordered mac cheese and chicken pizza. both dishes were boiled to make the perfection sheer the quality of the food was par excellence it cost us around 19€, which is quite favorable for so delicious food and service."

"I made a reservation thinking this restaurant was affiliated with Richard Rawlings' Gas Monkey group, but it turns out it isn't. According to Gas Monkey Dallas, they have no connection to it. I was really disappointed as it became clear the moment we arrived. We felt obligated to stay for lunch, but the food was just average, with some unusual ingredients in the burger (goat cheese?). At least the food was served hot. The staff were friendly, but it wasn't at all what we expected based on our booking. I felt misled and wouldn't choose to come back or recommend it to others."

"I didn't realize this restaurant was in a hotel, but we figured out our direction and made it in time for our reservation all the same. Laurel on the Roof is a cozy restaurant with panoramic views of London. We went for brunch and I had the full English breakfast and my husband had the French Toast, both of which were fabulous. We paired the meals with mimosas and other breakfast cocktails, which were well balanced. The wait staff were attentive but not overly enough to bother you. We felt free to enjoy our meal at a leisurely place. It was a great meal to end our trip to the UK."

"This restaurant is conveniently situated within the National Gallery. The elevated deck creates a spacious and airy atmosphere, which is a lovely respite after a busy day exploring the gallery. However, the service can be quite slow, so if you're pressed for time, I wouldn't recommend dining here. Otherwise, take your time to relax and enjoy the experience. Some tables offer a pleasant view of the nearby Trafalgar Square."

"I was in a party of 8. 5 adults a 4 children, 1 needing a highchair. We had 2 booths booked for us so that we would not be squashed which was very thoughtful. the children went on one table and were given a white paper table cloth and crayons. Kept them quiet!!!!. We had a lovely relaxing meal with excellent service. Food was well priced and very generous potions. I just wish the drinks could be fairly priced too. Its the same problem everywhere."

Last Friday I made many mistakes, but it can be summarised at me missbehaving and loosing track of a bag full of expensive assets that I rejected to store in Core's cloackroomWithout any hope of getting it back, this morning (2 days after) I passed by the Core and asked to their manager who to my surprise found it and brought it back to me. The bag and everything inside was intact. It contained expensive, appealing, easy to sell assetsSo I can't really review their vibe, drinks or food quality because I remember little, but what I can absolutely say is that their ethic code and respect for their customers is OUTSTANDING"

"A good casual, relaxed Americana restaurant. A focus on a young, modern, vibrant vibe with a retro feel. Good comfort eating options with more selective fish and meat higher priced food. A little pricey for burgers in a bun as you order all sides separate including chips. Overall met expectations."

"Arrived within mins of the time frame required for seating waiting at the door As we were seated we were rudely told that there would be another table booked after us insinuating we would need to be quick! This made us feel uncomfortable and rushed from the off. We ordered almost immediately as we had been recommended to come for a Sunday roast. Our roast came very quickly which would have been brilliant, however this was because the food had clearly been sitting on the side for awhile. This was disappointing. The check back was not done and so I had to find a waitress to then bring her to our table and prove what was wrong. This was both embarrassing for her and myself and she was astonished with how I could put my finger in the gravy and show it was luke warm. The overall first roast was very disappointing because it was cold the Yorkshire was crispy and cold. After this we did get our lovely roast a good mins afterwards and we were very hungry by this time. The second roast was lovely and the check back was done promptly. We would have stayed for drinks and dessert but felt a bit rushed, so we went somewhere else instead. We felt like we were a bit forgotten about and not very well looked after. We had consumed our table water just after we got our food and no one attended our table to see if there was anything extra we needed or drinks to be taken! Just as a side note: we over heard from the table behind that they had been waiting an hour for their food to arrive and was very surprised it took so long! I don’t think they were impressed either with overall service. Hopefully these things can be rectified for other guests on the future. Kind regards"

"No record of booking on turning up, therefore no allergy on record. Staff inattentive and largely absent. We were shoved in a corner next to a wall. Forgot my half of the drink order; I asked for coffee and they brought out a cafetiere with just water in it. Food came out well into booking time, items removed (not substituted) because of my allergy even though I flagged it on my booking. Toni was great in checking in after and boxed up what we felt we couldn't eat because we had run out of time. Wasn't sure what to expect price wise because it's not clear on the website but have had much better teas for that cost. It's a shame because we hadn't been before. Is the missed booking because you take from multiple booking sources? A bit disappointing, we probably won't do it again."

"overall a good experience. we were happy with everything, but we had to wait for 30 minutes. it was very busy, but a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. the food was good and we didn't have to wait long as we had our order. some problems with the bill at the end of the experience. we were not aware that the prices of 11 o'clock change as they were not notified to us. but the manager gave us 20% for the inconvenience."

"Restaurant is as simply ok, which is a bit of a shame as it has so much potential to be better in all fairness. The service is good can't really complain about this and the value was good, the only issue was the food as it was just ok and there isn't exactly a lot in terms of portion and I am quite slim so not usual I would eat lots anyway. Cocktails were decent aswell, I guess on reflection writing this if the food was a bit better it would have been a 4"
