"Horrendous! We received our order nearly 1 hour late and got it wrong. They didn 't contact us to tell us that it was here and they also left some of our order out of it , for the price we paid we got near to no food and everything was soggy and greasy. 2x lots of jumbo sausage and chips came to £7 and we received about 10 chips each- also when we rang back we were called 'thick ' for asking for a refund on a £30 order."

"Food was barely warm the grease coming off the chips were dark brown and had been put in polystyrene containers so we’re all stuck together and soggy, tried them but couldn’t eat them as they tasted strange. Batter on the fish was thick and doughy again left a strange aftertaste so couldn’t eat it. Incredibly disappointing. Have had from here before and it was lovely, but this has put me off ordering from here again. Order very late food barely warm and tasted awful, 3 hungry and disappointed people. Sorry"

"Just had lunch for four at Amore on Alexander Parade in Dennistoun, Glasgow. The food was okay, but the waiter, who I believe was named Manni, was extremely rude. We received a voucher for Amore as a gift, which we tried to use when the bill came. Manni informed us abruptly that the voucher was only valid for the Glasgow City center branch, not this restaurant. While this policy is understandable, his manner of dealing with us was disgraceful. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his attitude as we were leaving, but he just smiled and said goodbye without apologizing or acknowledging his behavior. We will not be returning and will advise others to avoid this establishment due to its truly shocking customer service."

"In the neighborhood of our Airbnb, here for a few months and a bit tummy tired from some pretty fantastic dining days, we stopped in here for a simple lunch. We were planning on take out but a table was available and the room light and bright so we ate in. Was not expecting so many types of fish which were offered battered, breadcrumbed or grilled. We opted for the battered haddock which was excellent really delicious. I ordered the avocado, tomato, red onion starter as bd what a happy surprise! Cubes of avocado m, tomato and red onion served in a large ice cream sundae dish. It was pretty and silly and a party in your mouth! The dressing was incredible. Our server was incredibly nice and the overall experience a pleasure. We’ll be telling our Airbnb host to recommend this place to future guests as they also do take out and delivery and their right across the street from the Queens Park station on the Bakerloo."

"experiences have been very hit or miss. The sushi rolls are decently priced and fairly tasty, but I was disappointed with the quality of the imitation crab meat. It tasted more like a poor imitation of fake crab rather than the real thing. The delivery was on time and the packaging was secure, but I can't say I'll be ordering from Urawa again. Overall, a disappointing experience."

"we wanted to eat here as we were needed somewhere with space to take up a double buggy. we have made the right choice. excellent service. wonderful food. each small ding is considered and supervised by high chairs, wrap mat and disposable babies. nothing is too much annoying. "after eating this place for 5 years I will change the place after I ordered the phone to collect, the guy was on his phone when the load came, had no interest in me after I tried to tell his attentionman to me, I did not order. chips hexe I did. Maybe they should wait from the phone and more attention to the documents waiting for chips. when I came home, chips mayonnaise has called on all chips shop and asked why? ?? it was said that it was what had ordered. no chance, man went back to shop was met with verbal abuse in another language and damm right rude gave part of the chips half the USB size after ordering from this shop for 5 years never again damm right rude and ignorant about people in another language talking and thinking they don't say what ur about them. pizza had gone cold after the time"

"I was aimlessly wandering around and came upon this gem in a neighborhood lined with pretty shops and gorgeous homes. It seems to be frequented by local residents, which was exactly what I was looking for, and it has a little shop that sells fruits, vegetables, pasta, olive oils, etc. I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese, which was perfectly cooked, hot and topped with just the right amount of parmesan. The meat sauce has to be the recipe from someone's little, old nonna. It was out of this world. I couldn't finish it so I took the leftovers to go along with a scrumptious piece of strawberry cheesecake and a bag filled with oil, vinegar, chips and sweets! Thank you, James I wish I knew how to spell your real name!!"

"Wow. The lamb, pea and mint pie was so very tasty. Best pie we have had so far in the Cotswold and my burger was amazing. Best burger ever. The oak smoke added so much flavour. Fresh ingredients. Staff very friendly and all in all a fantastic dining meal out . Totally recommend . Just gutted we were so full we could not fit a pudding in, but that can be sampled next visit"

"We observed all of this when we dined at Zippos Circus. The restaurant appeared welcoming with plenty of parking available. The menu had a great selection and the prices were reasonable. The service was quick and friendly. The mixed kebabs were delicious, but the chips were a bit dry and the nuggets had an unusual taste. Overall, it was a good experience."
