"I have to admit that this is the first time I have been disappointed during a visit to this restaurant. It took a long time for our drinks order to be taken, and when it finally was, we eagerly placed our food order. The starter, a sharing Camembert, arrived without side plates, resulting in cheese spilling all over the table after we finished. The main course was satisfactory, but after our plates were cleared, we were not asked about dessert or if we wanted anything else. We waited patiently, hoping that our server would return, but she ended up clearing the table next to us and immediately offered them the dessert menu. After waiting for half an hour to see the menu, my partner had to walk up to the staff in another room to request the bill since we had given up on dessert. Although the staff apologized, it was already too late. As my partner and I don't get to go out for dates often, this experience ruined our evening. Service is crucial in any establishment, regardless of whether it serves pub food or Michelin-starred cuisine. It shouldn't be difficult to provide excellent service and be attentive, but it is clear that the wait staff did not want to be there. I hope that this was an isolated incident, but we will not be returning anytime soon."

"Took going to the front desk twice to get the tv fixed in the room. Initially they sent in housekeeping to try to fix it, then a gentleman around the front desk came in and reset the channels. Waited roughly 4-5 hours. Beds are a little hard, but I am used to memory foam, so may be good for people used to a conventional mattress. Shower is amazingly hot and perfect with a shower head that actually has pressure. Breakfast is great, lots of choices, and very good orange juice. Overall, perfect location for us and easy to get to from London via coach. Rooms: Little small, but efficient for needs. Walkability: Easy to get to from coach, restaurant/pub nearby, and convenient mart in walking distance. Food drinks: Room service available, breakfast with juices and coffee."

"Girls night out we aren 't very familiar with Covent Garden so what we thought would be a mad one ended up just being a nice catch up. Dirty Martini happy hour was our first stop, beautiful cocktails but was too small in there. Making our way home we wondered where would be open late to get food, on our discovery towards the station was Maxwells. Result!!!! We ate, we chat, we saw a rat. That 's right a RAT!!!!!! "Really enjoyed our time in Mem Has today. My fiancé and her friend really recommended it and, after attending the Police Station's fun day, we went there in search of something good to eat it. The staff were very accommodating, linking tables so that the 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children) could all sit together and then offering us a better table as soon as one became free. The food and the drink was well-priced and good value and the service was prompt after a slight problem with the drinks that was swiftly remedied. All in all, if you are looking for something good to eat with friendly service, get along to Mem Has!"

"The food and prices are really good, the only problem was that it took too long to come and we ended our food free. Cocktails were delicious. The food was so filled that we could hardly move. If you get a main with several types of meat, you might not even need a page. It lacks spices, but it fixes a salt scatter. Had it with garlic butter, which also lacked taste, but salt also fixed it. We had chicken wings for beginners and they were terrible. They should be spicy, but there were no spices and they greased the sour cream made them worse. It was bad. But the main thing for this"

"The ambiance at this restaurant is pleasing. However, we noticed that our orders were taken after another couple that arrived after us, so the service could be more attentive. The breakfast we had was delicious. While the menu didn't mention an option for turkey speck, they were willing to add it to our order or replace it with something else when we asked. They also offer soy milk as an alternative option. One negative aspect to note is the restroom, which definitely needs improvement. There was black mold on the walls, the room was very cold, and we even saw a cockroach scurrying across the floor, with the kitchen located right next to it."

"I went on Friday night for the first time in almost two years with my usual co-administrators to the king's." I was quite overwhelmed to find the atmosphere intact, everyone relaxed, no mandat nonsense, just do what a pub is to get a table. Relax down and with a drink. to go to a bar and not speak through a plastic screen. the personal was so inviting even after so much time! I really felt humble, these people here really invest in their customers. munchables were the usual what they see is what they get and very satiating standard, delivered fast and hot. I am so glad to be back and hope to visit the king again as regularly as we have done before."

"We chose the Pork and Beef from the Sunday Roast Carvery both meats were satisfactory , though my rare beef could have been more tender needing a steak knife to cut it . A good selection of vegetables though regrettably not piping hot . A rather limited choice of deserts . "I'm a bit obsessed with the hot wings there. beautiful place to visit during the week, put points in plus as I can work from laptop while I have a coffee. nice for an evening dinner on the earth with family, good children menu. livelier at the weekend, but they have a dj on and 2-4-1 on cocktails that is a plus. beer garden is beautiful when it is warm, but there are protected areas when it rains. not my thing, but the other half appreciates the big screens to watch the football. the employees work hard and are always helpful, never had a problem."
