"Popped in because Mum wanted coffee in the sunshine and ended up staying for dinner. The pub is light and airy, with good selections of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The menu is varied with a mix of classics and more modern dishes, beautifully prepared and presented by a friendly and helpful staff. The garden is marvelous with a long stretch of lawn amid tall trees, and a small play area with a climbing frame. I would most heartily recommend it, and intend to return many times in the future."

"Black pudding croquettes were round filled balls. Fish stew was bland as if it had been cooked with no seasoning and lamb chops were average. We have been to various Spanish restaurants and this one was probably not the best however the staff were lovely and vey attentive."

"Were seated at a cat table in the middle of the aisle, despite a reservation. My pizza was mediocre that of my partner's under all hell! Very thinly topped and the pizza base was half raw and thinner than paper! It was so thin you could see the plate underneath"

"this happened on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022, at 17 o'clock to 7 o'clock. the food was ok. but what made it unbearable and uncomfortable was the setting of the manager / the hostess. from the minute we went, we felt as if our annoyance was undesirably and throughout our meal their attitude was shameful. there were errors made with the total cost of the meal we noticed and had to be adjusted twice. we were calculated almost 20 pounds more than the original amount. what we had to correct. with which the hostess/ manager asks for the full service fee. she was extremely rude and repulsive. ridiculous!"

"I had a voucher for Spanish afternoon tea at this restaurant and it exceeded my expectations! The ambiance was quirky, the food was delicious and authentic to Spanish culture. I saw other dishes coming out of the kitchen and they all looked amazing. I will definitely return to try the tapas! The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive. I also tried the Cubatas cocktail (vodka, passionfruit liqueur, cranberry, grenadine, etc) and it was sweet and tasty. We visited on a Sunday and there was plenty of free parking available on the road outside."

"This is a great place with friendly staff and delicious food. We chose it because we love Spanish cuisine and it definitely lived up to our expectations, we really enjoyed the food. The special offer that starts at 11 where all tapas can be eaten for a low price is highly recommended. The restaurant is easy to find and has a nice location. The only issue we encountered was on Sunday when we planned to visit, we were able to reserve a table starting at 10:45 but the restaurant didn't open until 11, which was a bit confusing. It's a good idea to make a reservation, especially on weekends."

"This place is amazing compared to any restaurant in the area. The pizzas are really nice and keep in mind it is cooked in a wood oven. The tapas menu is also really good. I have been to this place 4 times in the past and every time I a left with no disappointment. I really recommend the pizzas and when you go to the tapas side you can ask for the pizza menu. I have taken my own time to make this review as this place needs attention. This place is out of league with other restaurants in the area and that is a fact."

"the employees had not had my booking on their system, so we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. the service wasn't the best, I thought we ordered ourselves in the theke, as no one had approached us for our order, but we said someone would come to us to take our order. the food itself was very mediocre for the price they pay. small portions filled with a lot of salad. overall the venue was aesthetic, but the service, the eating and the whole mood of the restaurant was a break. very disappointed"

"Great how this restaurant has changed to Spanish, Needs more Spanish decor though to make it feel and look Spanish, As with music too, be nice to have Spanish music in the background too, Food was ok, no complaints, but did not eat much, Celebrated my daughters birthday there just of us, and they pulled out a small cake for her and a cocktail and she was yrs old as well. Staff very pleasant and courteous, Could do with a smoking room though to the rear as outside the door kept opening and closing, but i put up with it. Overall am happy. And my daughter had a good night with Brothers playing songs and guitars at the back, great fun will go again for sure sometime soon"

"Had a very nice meal late Saturday afternoon and managed to get the benefit of the 3 tapas for £9.99. So we had 9 plates between us both along with wine then finished off with sweet, then cocktails. The ambiance was very good and typically Spanish tapas style and very busy 4-5pm. The food was tasty and their cocktails spot on with friendly and bustling staff. The only downside was that an additional tapas plate and 2 drinks that we didn’t have were included in the bill. This should not happen with electronic real time ordering and check out. So check your bill carefully."

"We made a reservation for a table for 3 people on a Sunday night. The first waitress who served us was a bit unfriendly and didn't offer to move us to a different table, even though the restaurant was empty. The table she placed us at was very dark due to the lights being off. This made it difficult for us to see anything. Many items on the menu were sold out, which ended up being a bit amusing. They even didn't have any fruit for the Sangria! However, the other waiter was funny and entertaining, even in stressful situations, which made for a great evening. The food, although limited in availability, was delicious and we enjoyed it. Overall, it was a good night and we would consider returning, but it would be hard for me to recommend based on my experience."
