"I 'm so glad I had a chance to review this restaurant! My husband and another couple went on Saturday evening, 6.30 pm booking. I thought it was a middle of the road priced restaurant but not when we got our bill of £186 per couple! My husband and I ordered burgers to start with which were c £20. The waiter then came back to say these weren 't available. We then chose the rump steak at £29. Again, these weren 't available but we were offered rib eye at £39!!! We went for the hake at £28 it was ok but small portion and we had to also then buy fries and extra veg. So instead of paying c £40 between us for the burgers we ended up paying £68 for mediocre fish, one portion of fries and veg. The waiter was very laid back we had to get his attention to get drinks, and also a bit off. Our friends fries didn 't come with the meal, so when I asked the waiter said. 'As I said, they are coming. ' How rude! We had the starter, the main, a round of drinks to start, then a bottle of wine and a couple of lagers. I really didn 't feel I got value for money for the food and definitely not for the service. Definitely would not recommend save your money and go to MacDonalds!"
