"beautifully decorated venue with real class perfect for an up market event or high time. the location is great to be so close to buckingham palast and the shopping center. the workers are amazingly helpful and attentive and nothing is much annoyed. I'm looking forward to going back."

"The food seems reasonable for the price. I enjoy the food and the jasmine tea is nice. They refill the pots at no extra cost. I have been over the years and it has changed a bit in style and quality of food. I think the staff are nice and considerate. They check if we want to wait between courses, or if we are resting etc. I never feel rushed on the busy nights and often they recommend on portion sizes. I often go on quiet nights compared to weekend busy nights so my experience may be different conpared to other reviews."
