"I always noticed the wonderful smell coming from this place when I walked by, so I finally decided to try it out over the weekend. The man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, explaining the spiciness levels of the curries and offering to adjust them to our preferences. The food we ordered was delicious, the quality was great for the price, and we didn't have to wait too long for it. I would definitely order from here again. Another great thing is that the menu offers the option to make any dish vegetarian or vegan, which is a big bonus for those who require it."

"we had the set thali, which was very well cooked and presented. extra brot offered part away through the meal that was good. my only critique was the charge for the Chutney tablet, very small portions and not much variety for the two of us, I have nothing against paying for poppadums, but please close the chutney especially, as the portions were minuscule!"

"Came here with a friend for restaurant week after years of wanting to try Vujon. We were not disappointed, we like to think we know our curries and in our opinion this was up there with one of the best. Beef Rogan was exceptional and comes highly recommended. Service was very good and the Manager/Owner (man in suit jacket) was very friendly and helpful as were all the waiters. Restaurant is clean with plenty of space. Toilets are immaculate (I always think this gives a good indication of any establishment). We will definitely be returning again! Huge thumbs up to Vujon see you again very soon!"

"We visited this place back in July. Where do I even begin? The food was okay but the service was bad. The staff could not even communicate and they could not even understand a thing we asked. And we’re Indians! The food came and we ate and it was alright. When we got our bill we saw some other guests arguing with the owner about being charged extra so we decided to check our bill as well. And of course we got charged extra very very sneakily. No way it was a mistake. The items were correct and named fine but in the price section had another but written in small handwriting squeezed between the other prices. All their bills are handwritten so they do whatever they want. I assume they do this to everybody so make sure you check your bill."

"My husband and I had a date night dinner , The lamb Biryani and Saag Aloo, were the worst I have ever had. I couldn 't eat the Saag Aloo because it was too hot with whatever they had added, chillies or spices I managed to eat a small amount of the Biryani but again any aromatic flavours were overpowered by the added spices or chillies. My mouth and lips were burning. We didn 't eat all of the meal. I would have told the waitress when we paid the bill if she had bothered to ask if we enjoyed the meal. We have been there before but there should not be such inconsistency with the flavour of the food. We will vote with our feet and not bother again. We will stick to the Gurkha in Chatham in future."

I think this is a mother-daughter team and that we had for my mother when I felt it was something special. "The food was incredibly delicious and fresh, bursting with flavor! While there was a bit of a shortage on the meat content, which was heavily sauced, this was easy to overlook because the taste was fantastic. The staff were friendly, but I expected a bit more engagement since we were the only customers in the restaurant at that time. I noticed that during the meal, a worker who had a noticeable cough wasn’t wearing a mask, which was concerning. Additionally, frequent smoke breaks during their shift meant that when they returned, there was a lingering smell of cigarettes. Despite these issues, the food truly stood out, making it worth a visit in any case."
