"We arrived at the restaurant just after noon for lunch. Upon arrival, we were completely ignored by the bartender, even though there were no other customers waiting. Eventually, he acknowledged us and we ordered two coffees and two pints of beer, as well as inquired about the lunch menu. He asked if we had a reservation, to which we replied that we did not. He then informed us that we could not dine there without a reservation. After waiting for our drinks, the beers were served and he disappeared. Several minutes later, he returned with the coffees and a couple of sugar packets. We decided to move outside and I went back inside to ask for more sugar, only to find four other customers waiting to be served with no one behind the bar. A waitress standing to the right of the bar seemed uninterested as I asked her for more sugar, which she reluctantly brought out. Upon trying to open the sugar packets, we found them to be hard and difficult to use. The coffees were lukewarm. We overheard other customers in the garden also complaining about not being able to order food. The entire experience felt unnecessarily difficult and lacking in hospitality, bordering on rudeness. We will not be returning to this restaurant."
