"I would say they do best biryani around east London wherever I have eaten and even other dishes are quite good as well but not all of them. I am giving 3 stars just for the biryani but the staff and their service is pathetic. They don't even have a clue about customer service. It's like the management just picked somebody who every cost him less money and don't have any education or any kind of skills even the guy standing behind the till. We always go their for biryani and I think that's their backbone. If the biryani's standard goes down, I bet you that the place would be for sale within few months. So my advice is give the staff some sort of training and make sure they don't smell horrible when at work as it is against food and hygiene."

"The restaurant was dirty, both the inside and the dishes used. The food was way too spicy (and I like spicy food). When we spoke to the waiter to tell him this he said we should have asked for less spicy (they should have given us this choice when ordering). A normal curry or dansak is normally spicy but not to this level (Phall level). The waiters were keen, but a bit too clean, when he was taking our dishes away he done this so quickly that some leftover food landed on my trousers. I would recommend that the restaurant is cleaned properly, dishes cleaned properly, ask people what level of spice they would like"

"It has been a while since we visited, because of the pandemic and isolation. Enjoyed a first class meal here again. The food was excellent. Nice regional dishes which were full of flavours. Staff helpful, and the owner friendly. He came over to our table and was chatting, made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back, and soon"

"9/10 total great food, friendly service, good value. our waiter was great for recommendations and was super friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by taste and quality of eating. mango leti garlauch naan daal makhani keema materie enhancements: inside could do with a new design to a bit more modern and clean dishes were slowly arriving, but I am not sure if this was because it was all freshened"

"disappoint. I do not often add critiken in the rule, but recently decided that, since I read it, it is only fair to contribute, I visited tangawizi a few weeks ago after I had heard very good things about it, perhaps inflated my expectations. our trip to Indian in london is in the rule noor jahan, which I find very good, although quite hard on the ghee. I heard that this restaurant is exceptional in terms of food, plus it obviously used cholesterol-free vegetable oil, so was thrilled to try the price. while entering I found the decoration perfectly nice for a local neighboring restaurant. nothing special ordered the cheese mango distributor for starter. for the net we had a great choice. "We were looking forward to our dinner at Woodlands in Hampstead yesterday evening after a fantastic meal in their Marylebone branch and a delicious take away from them but we so disappointed. The restaurant was totally empty which was more than strange for 8pm on a Saturday evening. They continually made errors in our order, I ordered from MY vegan menu, that they had given to me but they brought our dish with yoghurt saying I hadn 't made the order. They brought a salty Lassi after my friend asked for a mango one. My friend was very specific in asking for a mild spinach curry and was served a dish that was so hot my husband couldn 't eat it either. Then to finish off two of us asked for a Chai tea with NO sugar, well as you can imagine, it was sickly sweet. On top of all of that, they didn 't change the cutlery and at the end of the meal they left the table covered in food. The food was good, some of the dishes at least, the vegan Rogan Josh was just Jackfruit in a basic tomato sauce, I didn 't realise that was a Rogan Josh, or is it not?We didn 't pay the service and on exiting the restaurant the manager turned round and commented, "Well, you can 't please everyone "Don 't quite get that comment, were we just expected to take what we were given and pay?"

"I was disappointed with the restaurant overall. It appeared run-down and not very clean. The decor was lacking and the restaurant was not busy for a Saturday night. The menus were even dirty. The food was just average. Additionally, we were initially overcharged for a bottle of wine that we did not order. I cannot recommend this restaurant."

"I've only ever eaten takeaway from here but it's always been of a high standard. Fair portion sizes and tasty food a little on the expensive side but I don't mind paying for good food. The staff could definitely be friendlier though. EDIT: Taken a star away due to a terrible takeaway meal earlier in 2018. The Lamb Pasanda was inedible, cheap meat and nasty sauce."

"We were in Bristol for the weekend a group of six of us went to Namaste Nepal. The service was incredible and all the dishes were really tasty. The vegetarian thali was extremely good value and we could not believe the amount of food that came with this! The traditional Nepalese dishes are highly recommended too particularly the daal tarkari."

"I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for the delicious authentic Nepalese cuisine and charming staff. It’s easy enough to find in a safe, busy backstreet environment and well worth patronising. However, for whatever reason is doesn’t seem to be terrible well patronised MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO USE IT OR LOSE IT."

"Service was absolutely appalling, Manager (Asian man) has no customer service skills and doesn’t know what customer satisfaction is. made me pay for butter chicken. The curry was changed 3 times but was still extremely salty. When we told him this he denied it was salty, and he told us that he can’t take it off the bill even though the curry was not touched all three times. He was very rude in his approach, I was embarrassed by the experience and the service I received. As a manager he could have suggested another alternative to make the situation better and make his customer happy but he did not. My daughter broke out in a rash immediately after the butter chicken I mentioned this to the staff however they didn’t seem to care. It was raining and the staff seemed like they did not want to come out to the dome, kept taking our order in a hurry. Lamb biryani was little salty but edible. Extremely dissatisfied by the service and the attitude from the manager."

"Today I am here with a friend, after a walk in the park, fortunately there were few tables not booked, and was pleasantly surprised by the series of beer, weine and few apple wines they serve. it is Sunday, so we had little choice, but with the frying to go, the worrying after a few minutes of us ordered. for him and bark meat for me, both served with roasted carrots (a bit chewing), brokkoli, carrots and green beans (cooked) and pickled red caulis with a good amount gravy and yorkshire pudding. only the difference was a bit of constipation in the chicken meal, which left my friend quite impressive, he actually left a part of the meat, carrots and cabbage as well. my bark was well cooked, but really thin. all in all was quite small and somewhat too expensive and the quality was not the best, even though we were among the first to be there. the actual hit were the drinks and we enjoyed some. I try again in the week to see if your regular menu is better."

"Since the restaurant was open, I come to the Indian Palace. On every occasion I was pleasantly surprised with the fresh homemade quality of genuine South Indian cuisine. I always start with poppadoms and dips (most of them are made at home, and absolutely tasty), as I for kerala paratha (as appetizer, I discovered this type of bread for the first time in this restaurant), as main, moly with the shrimp (the best all, mild, made with coconut milk) combined with the pashwari naan and simple rice, presenting the perfect meal! Sometimes I'm over for lunch, there's a buffet only for 8.99 on working days. There are always (under other dishes) lamb and chicken curry, the lamb curry is spice, but perfect taste! On the other day, the restaurant was not so busy during lunchtime, and the waiter (all staff are always really pleasant and welcoming), Siv led me to the cook, really humble, still amazing talent! Prices are more than reasonable, so if you want Indian food check out this place!"

"the service became somewhat slow as soon as the space is filled. the noise was acceptable, but not ideal. the restaurant is clean, but there is not much ambiente or space. I didn't try her very spicy curries for which they are famous. their idea of mild is still quite sharp for the European taste if they are not used to it, and they had no letise to wash it by pretending that they went out, although we came to dinner too early. but the rita, the lemon rice, the brote were excellent."
