"Good morning. I have tried since Friday to add this review on your website. Continually saying there is an error. Just some feedback regarding my booking at 18.45 on Friday 31 May. On arrival myself and my partner were escorted to a small two person table on the upper balcony. I had to sit with my foot under the table leg the whole night to prevent the table from rocking. Next without our knowledge our main course was put in front of a large party sitting next to us. It sat there for approx five minutes when one of the ladies at that table asked us if we were waiting on a large chicken and mushroom pizza and a chicken main course. We said we were. The lady stopped one of the waiters and explained what happened and the waiter proceded to lift our meals from the other table and duly sat it in front of us. This was embarrassing and put us both in a position to eat it after it sat at another table for five minutes. We did not want the embarrassment or to embarrass the other large party next to us. Lastly my partner made the excuse to myself that she wasn't hungry after all and after two or three bites of her food decided she could not eat hers. Setting etc was perfect however both of us are extremely disappointed in our visit. Regards. Jim"

"My son and I entered because I was wanting to treat him to a pre Christmas dinner. So we saw on the menu a deal for a course dinner. Little did we know that we would be charged for both courses separately despite the deal. So having a read through the menu a turkey dinner seemed rather tempting so we both ordered that. We also asked for coke what we received was watered down dirty dish water that they said was pepsi. The food arrived and it was the equivalent of a care home meal. Frozen veg potato cut in half! Some stringy bland turkey. All floating in bland gravy. Our deserts where mediocre and the portion size was appallingly small. The audacity to charge People for that horrendous meal my son and I then left and got some burgers from the Glasgow market festival which where far more adequate and had flavour. We shall not be returning"
