"Good morning. I have tried since Friday to add this review on your website. Continually saying there is an error. Just some feedback regarding my booking at 18.45 on Friday 31 May. On arrival myself and my partner were escorted to a small two person table on the upper balcony. I had to sit with my foot under the table leg the whole night to prevent the table from rocking. Next without our knowledge our main course was put in front of a large party sitting next to us. It sat there for approx five minutes when one of the ladies at that table asked us if we were waiting on a large chicken and mushroom pizza and a chicken main course. We said we were. The lady stopped one of the waiters and explained what happened and the waiter proceded to lift our meals from the other table and duly sat it in front of us. This was embarrassing and put us both in a position to eat it after it sat at another table for five minutes. We did not want the embarrassment or to embarrass the other large party next to us. Lastly my partner made the excuse to myself that she wasn't hungry after all and after two or three bites of her food decided she could not eat hers. Setting etc was perfect however both of us are extremely disappointed in our visit. Regards. Jim"

Food amazing, like the place. Too busy when we went. Staff making mistakes with bills etc due to pressure if work. Very nice though. Would go back but it would need to be quieter, it was bonkers busy when there.

My family and I visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday afternoon in June 2024. We enjoyed a fantastic deal, which included 3 small plates (tapas), a pitcher of sangria, and dessert for less than £20 (although the waiter mentioned that the price may go up in the future). It was a great bargain, and we definitely plan on returning in the future. View menu

My partner and I went to this restaurant and were seated upstairs in the back corner next to the dirty dishes. We ordered two pizzas, but were disappointed to find that there was hardly any cheese on both of them and no pizza sauce, just the toppings we requested. Each pizza cost £15.95. If you plan on dining here, I recommend requesting to sit downstairs at the front and confirming that your pizza will have cheese and tomato base sauce.

I visited the Byres Road location on Saturday to place an order for Sunday, but the staff member was extremely rude. He waved me off with the back of his hand, dismissively telling me he was too busy to take my order. I explained that I had already written it out and was just handing it in, but he rudely told me to go away. Frustrated, I left and went to a restaurant in Renfrew where the service was excellent and the food was delivered promptly. The bill came to £400. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Sputinis due to their rude customer service.
