"Initially the greeter would not give us our tables that we had a booking for. She was actually quite rude saying that they were fully booked and that we couldn't dine there. I have never had that before at all the other cotes I've been to. The restaurant was not busy. When I came back to challenge this and to ask her to check my booking, the manager was very nice and showed us to a table. The food was nice, but this was not great service to start with. Also the loos were particularly dirty. I'm not sure if anyone has ever mopped the floor."

"Harrods is a must do experience if you are visiting London. It is an awesome shop to look around and its huge. It’s window displays change frequently and are spectacular. It will take a few hours to have a proper look around but even looking around the ground floor you can browse a huge range of designer high-end handbags, jewellery, make-up and at the back of the shop the amazing food hall. Even if you have no intention of buying you will be pleased you visited. Upstairs the furniture areas are spectacular, and the shop is full of small cafes and bars to take a rest stop. You won’t find any bargains here and certainly you will probably pay a small amount extra for the same item v elsewhere but Harrods is about the spectacular shopping and browsing experience. This visit I only visited on this visit was the ground floor (as per photos) but I love all the floors here and often stop near the toy department at the frozen yogurt counter for a chill (and that place is nearly always fairly quiet and you can get a seat)."

"vito is simply the best. an extremely friendly reception, very clean cozy restaurant and the best eating of all time. my four cheese sauce gnocchi as starter was great and I could have the bigger part than my main course next time. I can't remember what my man had, but he was very quiet to eat it! we had both pizzas as pornstars, he had calzone and I had a white san daniele. both were amazing and we were very, very full of it. I made an affogato for dessert and he had 3 draws ice. the wee was good and the overall bill was very reasonable. we just wanted us to live closer together because it's worth a visit."

"Booked to come here to celebrate my Birthday with family. Have to admit, I haven't visited here since before 2019, my expectations were exceeded. They were most accommodating, due to the fact that some of my family members sadly became ill, so could not attend, however after informing Fiume, they were most gracious adjusted our table dinning requirements accordingly. The restaurant was very busy, however, that certainly didn't detract from the excellent attentive service that we received. From our starters of Crespella Ai Funghi E Salsiccia, to our mains of whole Seabass Flambe Di Gamberi, our food was superb, along with the very attentive waitress that looked after our table for our food drinks. It was quite a night, due to the fact that there must have been at least 6 other Birthday parties celebrating there, which was unusual to experience so many, . . just shows what a popular Italian Restaurant this really is. Thank You to all the staff chefs Fiume Italian Bar Restaurant, for making my Birthday celebrations an evening to remember. We'll definitely be back very soon."

"It was our first time eating at Giovanni’s yesterday after recently moving to Knutsford. And what a treat it was. The waiter could not have been any better and went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely meal. He even bought over a little juice and ice cream for our 2 year old and also a dessert treat for my husband as it was his Birthday. The service was outstanding and the food was just delicious. "I went for lunch yesterday at this restaurant. It was not my first time there and it certainly won't be my last. The staff is lovely, very polite, and attentive. We tried the lunchtime special which was £14 for three courses. It was an absolute delight! The meatball starter was delicious, the potato skins and pasta were generous portions, and the pizza was delicious and plentiful (we even took some home). If you want to have a fantastic meal, this is the place to go. They also have a beautiful outdoor seating area for the summer. I can't wait for the sunshine!"

"My family and I dined at this restaurant on Saturday, July 28th. We had 6 adults, a five-year-old, and a baby with us. This restaurant is local to us and we are familiar with it. It has a warm family atmosphere that is busy but not overly loud, with friendly staff who are attentive and cheerful without being pushy. The service is good even when it's busy, and the owner is very hands-on and greets everyone. We enjoyed a delicious rioja wine, along with tasty house wines. The starters, pizzas, and pasta were excellent and reasonably priced. The mains and specials, on the other hand, were a bit overpriced and the portions were small, although flavorful. Two in our group found them disappointing. Our pizza, the Anacapri, was a bit lackluster, undercooked, and bland, which is unusual as they are usually good. Nonetheless, it didn't ruin our evening, and we all had a good time, especially the kids. The staff didn't mind the children walking about and they even received special attention."

"The restaurant refused to honor the Set menu reservation, claiming it was not valid. We ended up paying £99 for a starter, risotto, broccoli, two desserts, and 2 small glasses of red wine. They had no bread and no coffee available, as they said their machine was broken. We were the only customers in the empty restaurant, and it was clear why. It was a complete waste of money."

"First the positive: the pizza was excellent. Authentic Italian, quality and tasty. Where this restaurant fails is the fact that they cram diners too closely together, especially in their basement. Despite having booked in advance we were led to a table downstairs. This room is small, airless and dank and yesterday evening was hot. There isn't even elbow room between the tables. As each successive set of diners came down the stairs their faces revealed their dismay. At one point around a dozen teenagers were shown to a table for about six. They stayed five minutes before bumping their way out. Not their fault as it was virtually impossible to not bump into someone. Once we had finished our delicious pizzas we went outside to finish our wine and the queue outside left when they saw us emerge sweating. A great shame the owners of this otherwise excellent restaurant seemingly try to put profit above customer enjoyment."

"I ordered a rare steak, and it was cooked exactly how I like it. For starters, I had the scallops, which were delightful. On a quiet Sunday evening, the restaurant wasn’t very busy, and if I had to nitpick, I’d say the area where the cutlery was being refilled and the glasses were being cleaned could have been a bit tidier. However, this minor detail didn’t ruin our experience at all. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
