"Is this part of the Al Forno chain or is it a franchise? If so it does not compare to the other Al Forno restaurants. Food was ok but presentation was poor. It was empty and the tables were dirty. Considering it was not busy service is minimal, the button to call works but this takes away from the experience there is no quality check and no up-selling took place. For that reason value for money is poor although not really expensive. A few people allowed of the street to sit and smoke not sure if anything was ordered this gives it a low end feel. Not as portrayed on your website."

"If you just want a quick bite before a theatre production then Limoncello is perfect. The Service was ok but lacked any interaction or warmth, it was literally brought and taken away plates. We asked for water, we were given warm tap water with no ice which was not the nicest tasting. We ordered a garlic bread with cheese that arrived resembling more like charcoal around the edges. It was completely burnt and obviously so. I was surprised that they would serve that. I did not complain but simply ate the middle bit and left the rest. The pizza I had was delicious. If like me, you like dessert, then I am afraid this is not the place for you. We asked for the dessert menu and were told flatly that they do not do dessert otherwise they would have offered a menu. With that, we paid and left feeling a little but short-changed. It was an experience but we will not be returning for another."

"Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Staff are incredible. Helpful and friendly. The food us delicious. It was my daughters birthday when we were there and they made it so special for her. "We had a lunch to celebrate being able to get out together for a Christmas treat. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and provided excellent service. One of our group members was feeling unwell, but the staff on duty were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was well-presented and suited our budget perfectly, with a good selection on the fixed menu. Due to Covid restrictions, the restaurant was quite quiet and lacked atmosphere through no fault of the staff. We will definitely visit again."

"The meal and atmosphere were fantastic. I can picture this place being extremely busy on a Saturday, but when I went on a Sunday, we were seated right away even though the restaurant was packed by 7:30 pm. "I went with my Italian woman to ciao napoli to lunch in the last summer. the food was excellent and the service was also excellent. I want to go back. I was very surprised by the restaurant, it was my first time there. it is very atmospheric in an old building in a small room with beautiful old wood panel. it reminded me of the old town in edinburgh. a hidden gem in gray granite of the godless."

"The problem with This restaurant is there are no cabs in the area to take you home after dinner. The restaurant said there were lots of cabs right up the street but we waited for 30 minutes and didn’t see one. The bar around the corner also said there were never cabs in the area. We are from out of town and felt stranded. Fortunately we did get an uber. But clearly this is a neighborhood only restaurant."

"On the day we booked and went to the restaurant I checked the website which gave three vegan pizza options. Once there we discovered those options were not on the menu, We were told that the website isn't up to date: and it still isn't, I've checked again today. There was no real apology and no offer to make up for this by providing extra vegetable toppings, which would have been good customer relations. I ended up paying £16.00 for a pizza topped with just tomato and mushroom. To make matters worse my pizza and that of my friend were cold and soggy. In fairness, our other companion had the tagliatelle salmone which he enjoyed. Often eat in Primrose Hill but won't be going here again."

"We went out for dinner with friends at Alitalia and were very satisfied. The prices are completely reasonable considering the quality and service. "There was a large group of us, so we pre-ordered in advance. Unfortunately due to a bus breakdown, some of the parties were running late and the team were very helpful and understanding of the delay. They asked us when we were ready and we didn't go long without empty drinks in the meantime. The food was great, the staff were attentive and lovely and we were all happy with our food. Good vegan options as well, which doesn't go a-miss! Our main server was great too, I believe her name was Emma but I can't be sure. She was so helpful, kind and patient with our big group."

"We went to dinner on Friday after work with friends. At first, we thought it was pretty quiet for a Friday night, but the atmosphere picked up. The ambiance was lovely, very cozy and intimate, and the waiter who served us was very friendly, not intrusive but informative when needed. For starters, we all had a variety of dishes: pate della casa, antipasto della casa, salad, and eggplant parmigiana. For mains, we had a T-bone steak, classic pasta dish, and a delicious chicken romano dish. Overall, we were satisfied with our meals, the seasoning, and the flavors were great. However, my friends who had the steak were not overly impressed. They felt that the texture of the meat suggested it might have been frozen at some point, rather than fresh. Despite this, we had a nice dining experience and would consider coming back. Next time, we may stick to the authentic Italian dishes as this is an Italian restaurant, and they do them very well."

"authentic Italian restaurant that even aubergine in her pizza tastes delicious. I visited this restaurant twice for dinner after I inaugurated and the other time I had one. both of them were delicious. Personally I like these pizzas that you can eat with a fork and a knife and a good amount of cheese toppings and VIP pizza has delivered exactly the right one. I ordered vip burrata although it was delicious, but I felt the amount was less for two people. I also ordered a tiramisu that was a bit underwhelming, I tasted better tiramisu. the next day I ordered a simple tomato pata that was beautiful as they made home pasta. I also ordered something they called sandwich that was fine tasty, but difficult to eat."

"I booked this meal for my boyfriends birthday when booking our trip to Berlin. I had eaten at Jostys before and had a very enjoyable meal and I had checked the website for the same meal which I recommended to my boyfriend and our friends. When we were seated and given menus the menu presented to us was not reflective of the website and unfortunately as someone who is gluten intolerant I could not eat the majority of the menu. I was then offered the choice of fries or what seemed like a very overpriced steak dinner. Needless to say we left without eating. The waitress was very understanding and kind about the situation and stated that the restaurant menu had completely changed however the manager would not/has not changed the online menu. Very disappointed"

"Giusi for Mother's Day when we wanted to stay here. Small and cozy restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Service was friendly and efficient. However, food was mixed. Calamari Starter was rubbery and, at nine pounds, not cheap. Spaghetti Bolognese main was quite delicious, with good amount of meaty Bolognese. The calf liver was quite tasteless and sour, with a large amount of caramelized onions above to offer the taste. Mash was smooth. The desert consisted of a pizza with mussels and strawberries, which was delicious. No wine or alcohol, so not able to comment on it. The bill came to seventy five pounds, which we would have expected to pay in a much better restaurant. All in all, Giusi has all the ingredients of a beautiful restaurant, but just falls in quality, and very expensive for what it is. Think the pizza and pasta options are your best bet."
