"Is this part of the Al Forno chain or is it a franchise? If so it does not compare to the other Al Forno restaurants. Food was ok but presentation was poor. It was empty and the tables were dirty. Considering it was not busy service is minimal, the button to call works but this takes away from the experience there is no quality check and no up-selling took place. For that reason value for money is poor although not really expensive. A few people allowed of the street to sit and smoke not sure if anything was ordered this gives it a low end feel. Not as portrayed on your website."

Great value for money, huge portions, helpful staff. Ambience is a little tourist-y but we enjoyed our dinner with a group of friends. Toilet fully equipped with baby-changing facility clean which is definitely a plus!

I would always recommend Al Forno. It is a very friendly place with some great food to really good value for money. Perfect place to have dinner before going to a concert at the O2 Shepherds Bush since only 2 minutes walk from here. View menu

I am a big fan of Al Forno and have been several times before going to a concert at the O2 Shepherd's Bush. The staff is always very friendly, the food good and excellent value for money and then it is only 2 minutes walk from the concert place. Can only highly recommend.

This is a great place to eat particularly if you're off to the Shepherds Bush Empire or doing a bit of shopping at Westfields. Really good food and fantastic prices given the location. The portion sizes were generous and the Limoncello flute was particularly good. Would definitely recommend.

Came for a birthday dinner. Staff were lovely and provided a cake slice (which we were charged 7.95 for, more than the price of one 12 ' ' pizza). Food was good value for money but pizza could have been more crispy base and pasta with slightly more flavor. Drinks were good, would recommend the house red wine. Would prefer more pasta options for vegetarians. View menu

The service was poorly. One of our orders was given to another table. The waiter was constantly leaning over us and against us when serving. It made me feel very uncomfortable. He also failed to clear away the dirty dishes between courses. I was very disappointed. Also I ordered the salmon, and it literally was salmon with veggies thrown on a plate. I can make the same dish at home.

My dining experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a visit to the restroom, which was dirty and in poor condition. This made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. Despite my concerns, I was with a group and had to eat. I ordered a leggara pizza, which was delicious and lighter on cheese compared to their regular pizzas. However, another member of the group found their normal pizza to be too cheesy to enjoy. A friend ordered the risotto and found it lacking in flavor, while those who ordered pasta thought it was decent.
